  1. Just pulled this one in the garage for an engine swap.
  2. Spotted this at the store over the weekend.
  3. Cool.... one of those builds that if it was a 1:1 we would be saying "Step away from the welder"
  4. Good looking Ford. I like that color and have some for a build on the shelf.
  5. Came out really good!
  6. Nice. Yes,I have a few melted wheels in my stash. I won't toss 'em cuz they're kinda cool.
  7. Looks great. The MPC snap is actually a better looking kit than the Revell.
  8. Great save! Love these 'birds
  9. Nice! I like the up top.

  17. Looks great
  18. Great build on that kit
  19. Nope nope nope.... The Dyno Don was a 74 release, maybe a later '74 release. They may have changed the body before the '75's came out. I'm gonna have to dig out my Firefighter and Midnight Mustangs to look at the bodies now. LOL
  20. It was released in late '74 and was the same body as the Firefighter released mid74.
  21. Ok, what I know of the MPC Mustang II's: 1974 was a new tool 1974 the Firefighter and Dyno Don prostock released 1975, body retooled to a 75 (hood and header panel was different) 1976 the kit '75 was reboxed as a 76 1976 the Cobra II was released 1977 the previous kit was reboxed 1978 the King Cobra version was released 1978, 80, 83, 85 and 2005 the Pro Stock kits were released with different boxes. ALL pro stock versions are 1974 bodies. Now, an interesting observation from the AMT/Ertl Street Custom Mustang II was AMT in the box but boxart was an MPC. Suspension shown on the side panel was an MPC kit. So is the MPC variant still around? Hope so
  22. I have owned a Lincoln like that. Loved it, drove great, dependable, easy to work on, comfy, heat would burn you out, AC would freeze you. Sold it to get a truck and regretted it. I looked to get another but ended up with a great deal on an '87 Grand Marquis. Love that one too.
  23. Grabbed 2 of these off a clearance rack for $10 each. Dog gone box is heavy!
  24. Now I am bummed.... I found it at a LHS on clearance and passed because I thought it was custom only.....
  25. Wasn't the flat box version only the custom?
