  1. Agree.... That is a starter pack.
  2. The blue for sure
  3. My haul for the day.... The Vette was an impulse buy... Has Aluminum injector stacks included!
  4. Stopped by Ollie's today, and they are restocked with kits. Decent selection too. Almost grabbed a couple of the snap Camaros. Really nice pad printed tires included.
  5. Cool old kit from my younger years.... I'll grab one just to enjoy the build.
  6. Looking good. Sorry bout your decal luck. Been there, I coat mine now Wonder if one of these would make a good donor to make the Capri more detailed.
  7. Calipers, dial indicator.... WOW... I eyeball and cut! LOL I agree, the slice job is fantastic, but the roof looks like a bubble and would look better flattened a bit (IMO). Then again, I have questioned others that in the end just came together, so I will stay tuned.
  8. I am in for the van and Lightning
  9. I built one years ago and really liked it. The wheelbase was a bit wonky, but I lived with it. One day I'll build one and address that
  10. I like both
  11. Cool.... Watching, never saw this kit in progress
  12. Very cool. I have a similar build going with a coupe
  13. Some of the rear end treatments I see other cars.... what you think?
  14. The mods on that car were tastefully done in my opinion. Looks comfy inside, almost looks like it came like that. I like it. I have seen so many that were just ridiculous with mods.
  15. I have never liked the Monkey Mobile....... but I do like that!!! Looks great!
  16. Jeez..... Can I send him my bodies and paint? He did a GREAT job!
  17. Wheels and tires look great, engine looks great! Love the fact the plug wires are in correct also.
  18. I always liked the looks of this one.... Replica of a prototype built by a friend.
  19. How bout these..... The last one looks like a Pontiac IMO
  20. I agree, that is why I picked up 4 of them at Ollies...... one stock, one flatbed and............
  21. Wow, I am usually in the car section and decided to look here because I have an L700 on the bench.... Low and behold, the first topic is L700. This is what I can say thus-far. Slow and steady with the doors, and paint before they are on. I had them on and working and broke them painting. Also, the pins on the rear axle are pretty soft/fragile. I drilled mine out and inserted solid Evergreen rod. Other than that, it is going together pretty well. I did buy a second kit and plan to extend the frame to make a car hauler, but with a twist, a dirty grungy hemi under the cab. Also, the truck has a nosedive look, something needs done on my next to level it out.
  22. When it comes to AMT 57 Thunderbirds, you have set the bar really high.........
  23. That is one good looking build Love it
  24. Cool, I missed it last time
