  1. I like it, as an FYI, you need any close up pics of anything, my 71 is in the driveway....
  2. Thought so.... Even as curb sides, I would buy them!!!! As for the Cuda, I knew I was missing one. I also think Testors did the '70 Olds 442 also with the photoetch pieces and optional wheels and tires. These were all fairly recent in the history of Johan tooling, so hopefully they survive somewhere.
  3. What about the Fury police car? I know that was out around 2000? If I am not mistaken, didn't the 59 Dodge and Turbine car show up at one of the shows on the Moebius display?
  4. Considering the Testors release of the Comet (69 AMX, and 69 Rambler) there is a slight chance these tools may exist today.
  5. I'll be watching this.... Here are a few pics of Custom for reference. Gators car was a Custom 500, not a Galaxie.
  6. Looks great... but how is your work area so clean????
  7. Looks good to me. One day I will get one built that the doors work. Have had some with the doors working, but by assembly time had messed them up.
  8. Was at my local Ollies and grabbed two L-700's for $15 each.
  9. That is a good one to mock a Cleveland. The Nascar engines of that period actually uses a Windsor type block. A little work on that AMT intake, be sure the water pump and timing cover is blue to look to be part of the block, and it would pass. That's how I did these
  10. Looks great. Old kit that still builds well, or at least yours did.
  11. Looking cool! Love the Y-Block engine choice! Using one in a coupe build of mine. Great job correctly installing the distributor at an angle.
  12. The Revell Starsky and Hutch engine block closely resembles a Cleveland, but then they added Windsor heads. Are those interior pieces available to the rest of us? They look great!
  13. Not bad kits, but the front end is kinda off in the headlight/grill area. The simpler AMT 66 is closer to correct. The best 60's era Mustang is the AMT 67 Fastback IMO
  14. Off to Ollies tomorrow
  15. I like it..... One day I'll build mine.
  16. Excellent
  17. I love these kits. The AMT is a better version IMO. Wish they would update the chassis assemblies. Cannot wait to see these all done
  18. Wicked Cool
  19. Your attention to detail without 'adding' detail is amazing! I love seeing your work......
  20. Yes, when I was young, almost everything was closed on Sunday. I applaud them (and others) for their choice
  21. Looks awesome
  22. The quality of your builds is outstanding and the fact you seem to just whip out theses builds kills me! I have a set of the Victoria wheel covers if you want them.
  23. I Love this kit and have quite a few of them. This is looking good. I would also lower the front. If I am not mistaken, you just flip the spindles over to lower the front. To me, that Revell parts pack engine always looked a bit under-scale. Unlike the Revell kit, the body on this is pretty darn good. For a bit more accuracy, you could sand the front of the rear quarter to taper it down as shown in the pic.
  24. Of course in Red.... is there any other color for a rag top? It can be Richie's car from Happy Days
