  1. I really like this one!!! It sounds like the paint was a lot of work, but it sure looks great. I really like the jacked up rear end with the big tires!! Those were the days. I used to run 120 psi in my air shocks to keep the back up as high as it would go. Great work and great subject all the way around!
  2. Top notch work! It sure looks like you have a hood full there!
  3. Beautiful clean build! Top notch work! I like the color!
  4. Very nice! The weathering looks great! Looks like this is the express version.?
  5. Very nice!!
  6. Looks great! I’ve turned many a wrench on these.
  7. Great project! Maybe you could start with an Astro cab and modify it from there. Maybe not exact replica but a very similar one off JT signature rig. This will be cool whatever direction you go.
  8. I’m liking the upgraded interior!
  9. I have really enjoyed watching this one come together! Your work is always amazing!!
  10. That engine is looking awesome! Don’t forget to add some oil leaks.?
  11. Thanks guys! Thanks JT! They don’t look bad from a distance so I will probably let them slide. Thanks Jeff! The only fix would be to strip them and start over. There are crinkled spots in the finish. They look pretty good from a distance so I will probably let them go.
  12. Awesome looking rig JT!! I like the extra axle, the new mirrors, the wheels, and the color really looks great! Great work!!! That thing really has some reach too!
  13. Here is a little under update. The front lift axle is from Moluminum the other is from GW Trucks. Pretty disappointed with the quality of the Moebius wheels though (not the floater set). I bought two sets over a year apart and the chrome is not very good on either set. Oh well! It is starting to resemble a truck now.
  14. Thanks so much! Thanks Lee! Thanks for the kind words!
  15. It looked great before! Now it looks even better!
  16. That is a great looking Volvo! Excellent work!
  17. You always have a way of capturing the look of the real thing! This one looks Awesome! The normal wear adds to the realism! Speaking of other family fleet trucks, what ever happened to the cabover Mack project that you were starting some time back?
  18. Okay JT you’re a pretty good salesman. First you sold me on the Moebius wheels for this project with your fire truck, now you’ve sold me on orange. Orange it is then. Yep! He’s a good salesman!
  19. Great work!! I’ve been wanting to see this one done for some time now. It looks great! I watched your build closely and took notes because I “hope” to build an early 70s version some time. It is a gas burner with a sliding back window only and no rear door. Top notch work for sure!
  20. That looks s one impressive rig!! The orange looks great!! You really did a transformation on how this kit looks! Great work for sure!
  21. Thanks JT!! I had planned to paint this one yellow, but now I’m really fighting the urge to paint it orange. Now I’m undecided. Thanks Jeff! The engine is from Gary. It is very nice too. I picked up two Of these used, but one seems to be missing a couple of pieces. I have an original Clint Freeman version as well.
