  1. A conclusion that most everybody reached about two weeks after it happened. But, nice to have the Coast Guard make it official. Rush was a Headstrong Prima-Donna. This is what happens when the "My Way-or-the Highway" types get 'too big for their britches' to let my Southern half do the talking. He was an affable, smart Sociopath, who lived up to the Peter Principal.
  2. Monty, try Ron Coon Resins. He carries some. Look at his wheel listings. I know I have dozens of them, collected over the years. And here is an eBay listing for some. They are high priced but he is trustworthy to deal with. Remember, AMT & MPC wheels interchange (mostly) but Monogram are 1/24 so a bit bigger. https://www.ebay.com/itm/166374467321?itmmeta=01K1ZTQBKXJJ2MTQV39V9P62AE&hash=item26bcb0e6f9:g:-wQAAOSwRZJlJxr2
  3. Great news, Eric! I'd rather have the kit 'Right' than 'Right now'. Keep to your plans.
  4. And a One-Ton with Heavy Duty Wheels for the Light Commercial Guys, please?
  5. According to Scalemates-1961 was the original tooling date. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/lindberg-603-69-32-pick-up-rod--194971
  6. I'd look for this kit. Or any of it's older version. This one has lots of optional suspension parts and radiator grilles. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/revell-85-2064-30-ford-woody-street-rod-2-n-1--158724
  7. Tom Lerher passed too. Been a bunch lately.
  8. You know... For the work needed for a swap, it might be just as easy to to do a complete rebuild of the existing engine. You can probably "Massage" it a bit to get some extra ponies, and you'd have a very nice little truck. Leaving it stock will make it easier to sell at some future date, if it comes to that.
  9. Carl. I will say a prayer for you. I know how many issues you have been facing. You keep doing your best. Let me know what you like to read. I can send you something. Take Care, my Friend!
  10. Tonight's Dinner. Sharp Cheddar Cheese & Ritz Crackers. Vienna Sausage. Cactus Cooler Orange/Pineapple Soda.
  11. I've driven a B2000 pickup back in the day. I really liked it. It was a Shop Truck but I used it to deliver parts a couple of times. It took the Grapevine (Hwy 99/I5-5) to Los Angeles with ease. Sounds like fun project!
  12. Looks Better Than It Should. You have the 'touch' to turn these Pig's Ears into Silk Purses.
  13. Great Looking Ford, but your negatives are flipped. They seem to show that the steering wheel is on the right side.. I presume that those Fords were built in Britain?
  14. I can find Monster Truck tires on Diecasts all day long. The Narrow, Old School Tractor wheels are harder to find., but I have not looked at Tractor Supply. Thanks for the heads up.
  15. You aren't the only one who hated. Apparently the real customers did too. That redesign killed off sales for the Jeepster. I do wish Round2 would back date the tooling. Some of the parts are still in the kit, and the older style would sell better I think. Now that the wagon roof has been restored we are almost back to the original versions of the kit.
  16. Thank You for sharing the detailed photos of your results with this product. I appreciate the effort and time you have taken to do so. Thanks!
  17. I missed this the first time around. What a Sanitary little CrewCab A-Bone. Excellent Paint. Good Show.
  18. I missed this when you first posted it, Chuck. Another Great Build, another Neat Story to go with it. Good Show.
  19. What a Great Build! I like the Colours! Good Show.
  20. Isn't that a truth! Very Wise Words.
  21. Great Save. Those old Capri's always looked good in that glossy Black! Good Show.
