I agree 100% on the restoring the stock wheels/tires in this kit. -

I've got to get better at reading. I read "Rust-Oleum Satin Warm Camel" on the first Pass. It sounded like a real colour to me....... -
Some Great Techniques shown here. I'll remember them.

That is the Best, most realistic build of this kit I have ever seen! Just a great finish.

Excellent Build of a rare kit. Superb Workmanship. -
Neat Pic of the Contents. Thank You! Was the Chrome Tree that stripped down in the original?

Thanks for Commenting Dave. I knew you would know about it. Is that the 427 Ford from the '32 Vicki/Phaeton kit? If it is, it would be an easy Kitbash.

The side of the box says "Haulin' Hemi" I've never heard of this kit before, even with the detailed history of it published in Scale Auto Enthusiast back when the '34 P/U turned up in a Lindberg Box. Sure would like to know more about it.

As it says. I need a couple of the Gauge Cluster / Instrument Panel decals from this kit. The Decal sheet shows 4 options for the gauges, so I'm hoping somebody has a couple that they can spare. My recently purchased Mod Stocker Hauler Kit has great decals, but no gauges. That's what I need them for. Thanks, Alan Alexis

Where is it made?

I'd say let's wait about 6 more months before panicking about Tariffs. Every other Day there is a story about the President, threatening More Tariffs, Reducing Tariffs, Putting Tariffs on Pause, or some Other Tariffs story. He's been President for less than 5o days at this point. Let's not go off about this until we actually see prices steadily rising. I think the markets are waiting for things to settle down. Then they will see exactly what the Tariff percentages are, and price accordingly. So, for now, just set back and give this whole thing some time to shake out. -

SuperDan. Those were some Super Cars your family had! I really like the AMC, and the Comet Cyclone. -
I can report seeing this kit in the Wild at Hobby Lobby. There were 4 on Tuesday, none on Wednesday. So even out here in the sticks, the Blazer is a hot commodity.

I stick to the real deal. I've had the Off Brand blades rust and go dull very quickly.

No, pics, but my 2 year old Rottweiler is convinced she is a Hat. If I'm on the couch, she tries to crawl on top of my head. At 110 lbs, this is not pleasant. It always devolves into a struggle to get her back on the Floor.

Great Looking Car! I see Clint has re-styled his hair, too.

Got a Round2 2021 Bronco at H.L. yesterday. I'll look at it this weekend. Plan to build it as a Beach Patrol or Sheriff's unit depending on what decals I find.

Yes, the Corvette Wheel Covers must be what I was thinking of. Thank You for clearing that up! And, now I know that my Dad built the second edition. I had one of those Wheels in my stash box for years, but it has gone adrift.

I've had this happen with Sealed Cars I bought in the 2003-2005 time frame. -
My only thought on the '34 Pickup, is please, please restore (Mustang?) Hupcaps from the Original Edition. My Dad built that kit for me when I was about 8 years old. I'd like to build a truck in honour of him, using those parts. Other than that, it is one of the easiest of the AMT Trophy Kits to build.

And Speaking of MMtC, here is a video that will explain pretty much everything about the show, so you never need to watch it, LOL. Bunch of really nifty Old Cars in here, including pics of the 1928 Porter as it was seen before it was restored in the show. The Unrestored version might make a really neat weathered build.
