  1. I'll double his offer! I'll give 4 Million for it. (but it'll have to be in Quatloos. You DO take Quatloos, right?)
  2. That AMT-top would make a great kit too. It uses the Snap Jeep CJ chassis, wheels and axles. Round2 could get two kits out of the deal for very little extra work. Throw in a sprue full of Machine Guns and Gas Can and you have a complete Mad Max style kit, that would sell bunches.
  3. Sweet Build. I remember seeing an article in Popular Mechanics about the 'new' Bronco, and it Colour photos of a White over Red Bronco like yours. It was a striking combo, then, and I still remember it 40 years later. Great Job.
  4. Very Interesting, Tom. I'd not noticed the "You gotta be old and have Time & Money to spare" connection with other hobbies. But, now that you bring it up........ I have seen something like this in other hobbies that I am involved in.
  5. Snake, I also got the Lindberg B-17. Not as nice a kit, as the Atlantis kit. Nice decals, but very poor instructions. You can tell that both were tooled in the same time frame. The details are somewhat similar, Golf Ball Rivets and sloppy turrets with broomstick guns. The Seventeen DOES have a decent stand, a trait it shares with the Revell/Atlantis kit. I plan to show them both together.
  6. I've seen the HUP-2, the B-25 and the B=-24. I've already Bought the B-25. Not a bad kit, at all.
  7. Oops. I meant AMT. Now Fixed.
  8. Chris, that sounds like Italeri Plastic in an AMT/Round2 box. Round2 normally molds in only one colour. I am not surprised however, as putting baged shots of your own plastic in somebody elses box is a common thing nowadays. Here is the Italeri page. https://www.italeri.com/en/product/2395/7/34 Note that the Silver Sprue of wheels is common to every Italeri truck kit.
  9. The perfect Finishing touch to the Little Mule. I just watched the movie last night and was inspired to get down my Bronco kit. Your Tips will help me build it, Bill.
  10. Jonathan, that is exactly how I wind up buying kits too.
  11. Great Pics, Alan. Those little Aurora kits could be Gems. I'm still fond of the "Shiftin' Drifter", the first kit I ever built.
  12. Another Idea. The Coke S-10 Xtreme and the Coke Ranger Splash. New Decals, Pad Printed Tires, and run the kits as they are. A 90's Flashback. This would attract Coke Collectors, Pickup Truck Builders and the 90's are now fair game for Nostalgia Purchases. Guys who built those kits back then are about ready for a re-do. I think this would be easy.
  13. HPI Guy has the Build Video.
  14. A great T-Bucket. I like the Too Much Engine look you have created. The Colour is perfect too.
  15. Outstanding Rat Rod!
  16. I like that. Red sets these cars apart from the usual run-of-the-mill cars.
  17. Wow! Awesome Build of a very correct car.
  18. What a great build! The Colour you chose is perfect for the car. The finish is excellent as well.
  19. From the tiny images on the box bottom in the Round2 video, it looks like the same simplified version from the last run of the kit. Heads and Intake in one casting, so no engine build options. Since the one piece engine lower casting is back in the kit, I'd suggest a curbside build. Or borrow the engine from AMT's '64 Impala.
  20. I love The Hu! Great Throat Singing, and Rockin' Metal.
  21. Ah, I wondered where that came from. Now I know. Thanks, Dave.
  22. I'm thinking Moon Mixer.
  23. Now THATs Entertainment!!
