That is an outstanding build! Got the whole "Beach" vibe down pat, with this one. You have nothing to be modest about on this build.

ICM is an Eastern European Military Model Company. 1/35 & 1/72 Scale models are their bread & butter. The 1/24 scale auto models are a very niche product for them. I too, have read the rumors about a possible 1/24 version of the Packard. My guess is that sales of the current 1/24 scale kits, have favoured the Model T Fords, and not the others, which is why we are getting another Model T, (the Chemical Firefighting Runabout) rather than a new tool. But this is all mostly speculation on my part. Having bought and built some ICM kits, they have gotten vastly better over the years. I suspect that if the 1/24 kits sell well in Europe and Asia, we will see more of them as time goes on.

I'd like to echo the others. A huge amount of info, on a car I can only recognize. Betcha it would make a Great Gasser! If I come across one cheap, I'll pick it up now and build it, just for fun. Thanks All.

Checking online shows that the Tognotti T chassis is under the "Outcast" Showrod, and under 2015's "Chuck Miller" Fire Truck reissue. The same chassis with the T Fenders was under the MPC "Night Crawler" Showrod. So 40% to 50% of both Classic kits still exist. And both available in the last 24 months. So get your glue bombs on eBay and you can put fresh chassis's under original bodies. And Maybe we can get Round2 to restore those kits someday.

These were on the clearance rack at Hobby Lobby last Friday. Maybe you can score one.

The Chassis for both Wilhelm's Wonder and the Tognotti T both still exist. Just under different bodies.......Hmmm. Like a Certain Poster suggested, ie "Recycling chassis from similar show cars into a different car." This was done some Forty or more years ago by MPC. The newly announced Bed Buggy? That is the Barris T Buggy Chassis under a different body. Round2 Has brought out a steady stream of old Show Cars, for the last 7 years or so. One or two a year, and every one welcome.Have you really 'looked' at the "New" Ice Cream Truck? Pad Printed Tires, Blue Tinted Clear parts, New Decal sheet? I don't see how they could have improved the Kit any other ways. How many have you bought? You want to ask for something? How about getting Revell to give us the old Monogram Show Cars the "Predicta", "Orange Crate", or "Sand Crab"? And Revell has been plowing through their Tom Daniel's tooling at a decent clip. Have you bought the updated "Jinx Express"? As far as custom body parts and additional building options, I think Round2 has been all over that too. They have invested actual money, in cutting tooling to replace missing custom parts ('49 Merc) and missing wheels to older kits. ('69 Barracuda) In face the 'Cuda wheel are in the new"Soap Box Derby2" '68 Elky kit. Maximizing tool use. Now, would I like to have the Wilhelm's Wonder and Tognotti T bodies back? Of course. You want to organize a 'write in campaign' foucused on just those two cars (or any other single car) then have at it. Learn who to write to and what to say. And ask nicely. There are many posters to this board who work, have worked for, or are connected in a professional way with the management of the companies you call out. Request their help. Politely. Maybe then you will get what you have asked for. The only guaranteed way to get what you want? Win the Powerball or Super Lotto and then put your money where your mouth is. Cheers, Alan Alexis

I've got two of the Flip Nose Gasser kits and two the one-piece '60 kits from the RC/ERTL era. I'm going to try to get the Gasser kit together.

I wonder how far AMT got on the Ahrens-Fox Pumper? Drawings only, or did anything make it into actual Wooden Model Form? Would have been a nice, if parts intensive kit.
