  1. That Revell Bug, is a rough, crude kit to be sure. Not putting better tires and wheels in it, combined with the badly detailed VW engine, just made it that much worse.
  2. Awesome Builds! I am blown away by how well you have built these kits. Much better than the Revell Box Art director ever imagined them, I am sure. You make me want to complete my Mr. Deadwrench Jeep Honcho. I have a set of Monogram CJ-5 Rims for mine, and box full of "Junque" for the bed.
  3. I love these kits. I had all three, but I've since sold all 4 of my Killer Bee kits. I stole the Brush Guard/Pushbar from the Midnight Cowboy Wrecker to use on the Alley Rat. They are the same kit, but the Brush Guard cannot be put in the Alley Rat kit because of where it is on the sprue. You can have the Pick up bed or the pushbar, but not both in one kit.
  4. Wow! That is the best Killer Bee, I've ever Seen. Will you be doing Mr. Deadwrench & the Alley Rat?
  5. When You say Canso, this is what I think of: Consolidated PBY-5A Canso https://www.warplane.com/aircraft/collection/details.aspx?aircraftId=11
  6. The Worst part is that it was a deliberate decision that effectively killed the Canadian Aerospace Industry. At least the bulk of it. The U.S. Aerospace business was gifted with some Canadian talent who left Canada and moved here for jobs. The old Wings/Airpower Magazine had a long 2 or three part article about the whole debacle back in the 1980's.
  7. The Revell BRE Datsun 510 would be a cool small car to use.
  8. I am glad you shared the Photos with us Tim, but I really missed the Context and Knowledge your captions provide on your previews. Not being very well informed about these cars, the things you point out, are often things I would have never noticed. Nevertheless, I Thank You for posting these as your Clear, Sharp photos are the best way of looking at a kit, before I buy. Cheers, Alan
  9. Great Job on the Front End Loader! Who made the Kit?
  10. Wow! I never Knew about that project. You Find the most amazing stuff, Bill!
  11. My First Thought too. Ford Turbine Thunderbird. Where's my 3D Print of this car? LoL.
  12. I have not seen one for sale in person, Carl. But, I don't get out much to shop. I suspect Hooby Looby may get them in stock sometime, but I could not even begin to guess when that might happen. Good Luck. I got mine from Model Roundup.
  13. Looks Good, so far. The Multiple shades of black will look better when it is closer to done.
  14. He is talking about 3D printing, as I recognize some of the terminology. After that, I'm stumped.
  15. Very Sharp little Van. The Colour makes it Pop! Good Show.
  16. 1912-14 Stutz Bearcat. Or 1912-14 Mercer Raceabout. But, I did own a 1926 Model T Ford Speedster.
  17. Nathan, I believe that you are on the Right Hand side of the Bell Curve. I'm pleased that your tastes match some of ours here, but you are pretty special in having them.
  18. I might try painting the roof insert first, and then masking it, and painting the body. Might be easier to control the bleed through, and make better touch-ups. For a Brush, You want a Flat Brush not pointed, about 1/4" wide. A good quality brush will be easier to use, but requires more care in clean up.
  19. I'd like to have the '93-'97 Civic Del Sol, targa top car. I drove one once and it was a blast. Cute Car, Honda Reliability! I'll bet they are a major collectible now, given the low sales numbers, and being 30 years old.
  20. Could be. There are Ga-zillions of Gundam Kits. Only way to find out would be to buy a couple and see what's inside.
  21. Yes, they did. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/johan-instructions/nascar/johan-superbird-by-/
