  1. I don't recommend it. Fan motor right in the airflow. Asking for trouble, it takes very little spark to ignite flammable. Maybe if you only spay water base and clean with water.
  2. That's the whole thing. When you click on a kit you want that's why you clicked on it, you want IT, NOT A RANDOM KIT THEY CHOOSE. That policy is b.s.
  3. Whatever. Mine was a bit off and when I removed them it fit fine. Just trying to help.
  4. Sweet!
  5. I use furnace filter as well. My duct is plastic. the shorter your duct work the stronger the pull. try to have it come straight out of the fan and a gentle curve to the window outlet.
  6. never mind, I responded before I saw someone else showed the deceptive practice.
  7. I actually think these are the culprits. They stick out beyond the edge of the hood and body. I cut them flush and it fits fine.
  8. Wow!!! A genuine candidate for real or model.
  9. You need to use as short a run of hose as you can. 90 degree bends will lessen pull too. Show me a picture with the blinds up so I can see your window. Go to pm if you wish.
  10. Beautiful.
  11. Very well done. For the naysayers on this kit,?
  12. I may have a spare gauge panel decal. I'll let you know.
  13. Actually at least some of Aurora's kits were good. I've got their Aston Martin db4 and it's quite nice.
  14. In the age of the internet there's really not a excuse to not know what you're getting before you buy it. I'm glad AMT'S redoing these kits bugaboo and all. There are plenty of kits available for any skill level.
  15. I venture occasionally into aircraft and Helicopters but mostly cars. Even if it's the same tooling, it was never that bad imo. If others think so so be it but there's plenty of us and some very knowledgeable people that don't think it's that bad. We're not talking Palmer problems lol.
  16. Nice work on both.
  17. Too many people are members of IPMS, not the International Plastic Modelers' Society??
  18. Very well done.
  19. Well done.
  20. Stellar job of polishing a turd! And a slant 6 to boot!
