  1. Thanks, No, they came from Scenes Unlimited.
  2. Scratch built wrecker body, bumper, mirrors & more. Nothing great but I'm glad it's finished. I painted & stripped it 4 times before I got it good enough. I'll stick to junkers, that way I don't have to worry about the paint.?
  3. I've bee working on this garden for my wife & rebuilding the old stone wall.
  4. Nice Model A. This was dark blue to begin with, after chopping it I gave it this color. It's a $1.00 spray can from Ollies.
  5. Thanks, I can't take credit for the grill. It was a rebuild & the person who built it before me used so much glue it warped it. It seemed to work out for me on though.
  6. Great choices, I love the 65 Fairlane that was my 1st car when I was 16.
  7. Nothing fancy just for fun.
  8. This was a great idea & worked perfect. I haven't put a model in a contest since the 90s but I figured I'd give it a shot. Lots of great models, fun & easy to do. Thanks so much for letting me be part of it!
  9. Brought this old timer home today. The 92 year old man gave me 3 of them, dad has 1, I have 1 & we share the other for parts. A tree fell on the parts one & broke it in half.
  10. Great looking wrecker, everything looks just right.
  11. I got the old paint stripped off the cab & finished the big parts of the wrecker body today.
  12. I'm working on one of these right now & I wish I could make mine look this good. Great job!
  13. Thanks, if there is a rat's nest it's under the seat & or in the glove box, guaranteed.?
  14. Thanks for all the great comments guys, I appreciate it.
  15. This was rebuilt from what I had from parts. The rack body was scratch built & the lift too. It all moves & the winch work too. Rusty & rotten just like I like um.
  16. Great looking wrecker. I like that you changed the wheel wells, it makes all the difference in the world.
  17. Here's what was there, not to mention a ton of other stuff everywhere else. I'm going to try & use some filler & if it doesn't work I'm just going to cut it all out & make a new tailgate. Thanks for all the help guys, I need & appreciate it.
  18. I love it! Looks great, it reminds me of an old retired town truck.
  19. That's really nice. I love seeing a nicely done Model A, great job.
  20. Thanks guys, I might try to scratch build a frame but for right now I need help. What can I do to fix the tailgate without messing up the letters?
  21. Thanks again guys. It was nice to make a junker again, it's been a while.
  22. BEAUTIFUL BUILD!!!
  23. I got this last year from a friend and figured I should rebuild it for my garage as a shop truck. I got it taken apart & it's in pretty good shape even though it had a lot of stuff glued on it. I'm not sure but I might get one of the new 65 66 F100 kits for the chassis.
