I’m pretty sure I used Tamiya TS-8 Italian Red for all of them straight from the can. The Modena probably looks different because it was a bad paint job - didn’t really know what I was doing back then lol.

Very nice save. Looks like it was built new out of the box. That Dettol must be some amazing stuff! Looks like it didn’t damage the body at all!

Looks great! I must say I like this metallic blue better than the original solid blue you had. Is this the Revell kit? I’m having similar soft top fit issues with a Revell BMW convertible right now.. warped beyond repair

Amazing detail, that color looks great on this car. I’m unfamiliar with DeAgostini kits. Do all the parts come pre-painted?
