  1. Great rendition of a car seldom seen in scale. The mags and redlines are a nice touch.
  2. I really like the color, and that the tires are tucked under the fenders. A unique creation.
  3. Yes! I looked at the kit breakdown on Hobby Search. The Tamiya kit is even more awesome than I initially thought. There's some cool PE in there.
  4. Thanks, James. I figured if anyone knew the story on this, you would. I think I will put my money on the Tamiya Street Custom Skyline kit.
  5. You did see them, on Paul's '70 Coronet. I remember the ebay listing for that model.
  6. I assume this is a re-issue. However, Hobby Search has the kit tagged as Enthusiast. Therefore, I am confused. Does anyone know about this release?
  7. This is one fantastic Skyline! You really did a stellar job here.
  8. This should be enjoyable to watch! A great car, a nice kit and cool aftermarket parts. Thanks for posting!
  9. I agree with the above comments, and the interior color is spot-on also! Well done.
  10. Gloves! I use 'em when I handle glass and chrome parts, also. Saves on smudges that would have to be polished off later. Sometimes I'll stick my holding hand in a plastic grocery bag when I spray paint.
  11. Lindberg made a Charger SRT8 Super Bee. It's described as being a 2007 model year. Revell also made a 2007 SRT8 Charger Super Bee.
  12. This Hasegawa Toyota Celica, while a curbside, comes with a LHD dash/pedals.
  13. Every day I check the mailbox and... Nuthin!
  14. The video certainly reflects the frustration I have felt in dealing with managers and engineers. Is it not possible for multiple opinions on this subject to be accurate? Everyone's experience is different.
  15. The stock Hasegawa Jag XJS is a nice kit. Of course I jumped the gun and bought a vintage example. In any event, I've become an overnight fan of Hasegawa kits. Pretty sure a Lancia Delta HF Integrale is next for me. Thanks for the updates James.
  16. Nice! Easily one of the coolest trans kits available. I'm jazzed to see you building this
  17. This is looking very good! Don't give up. Here is where you can view kit contents and instructions. Avoid those battery-box surprises in the future. http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/car/
  18. Bill, I'm glad to see that both of those beauties made it to their proper home!
  19. Thank you kindly for the photos and information Steve. I really appreciate it! I'll definitely pick up some of those cone shaped cutters.
  20. More praise for your engine wiring. The bulkhead connector and the wiper motor wires are extra-special touches!
  21. Thanks Mike, that tool is of great interest to me.
  22. Steve, what type of reamer do you use? I have access to multiple style reamers and want to choose the correct one. Thanks!
