  1. Very nice! Pretty color, and well done. I've recently been building vehicles my dad owned, finished two, have two kits with conversion parts, but still want to figure out how to do the Mercury which is similar to this coupe. And his dad had a '57 Chevy Handyman wagon, which is why I owned a '57 4 door wagon. So we have similar family car history. So cool you did this!
  2. Regarding hot rodding classic cars, William Ruger of firearm fame, turbocharged one of his favorite Stutz, I got to see it many years ago. Callaway: Ruger Stutz DV32 Turbo
  3. The reason I searched and then read this topic! I am considering getting the Monogram Cord, since I found a book about Tom Mix's car was published recently.
  4. And that's why we get along. Not that I would never do such a thing.
  5. Love the shocks! Watching this build, cheering you on!
  6. excrement sandwich, served
  7. That never happens to me. I started this VW Bus in 2003. I wrecked three perfectly good models when I started. But since then, have acquired fiber-optic "cable" (not like the real communications, but a party thingie), and LED lights that car dealers send in junk mail. I had just pulled it out recently, so great topic! The other picture was taken years ago, when I had several projects waiting for the moon to drop. I have finished the Golf (Nick Of Time diorama), Civic (Sintegra), Porsche Speedster Turbo, Miata (Monster 5.0). So unless I start something new, I have the Bus, Bigatti, and a Chevy Canopy Express to finish up.
  8. You forgot 1/32, seems to be a common scale for older car kits. My two cents, discovered it makes a difference to fit a 1:24 scale 427 into a 1:25 scale Corvette, good ol' Dremel tool earned it's keep.
  9. You beat me to it! Zuckerturd is in deep doodoo, so no wonder this is happening.
  10. a river runs deep over Since Nick used only two words, and Jeff reused one word, I get to use 5 words!
  11. Looks more like a Jaguar, than a Ferrari Barchetta. This is the first Ferrari, owned by a guy in Prescott.
  12. The Pagani Zonda C12 "Quick Build" kit, is it worth it? I'm sure I could find a way to make it difficult to build. Hobby Search: Pagani Zonda C12
  13. Is there a worker on top where the crane is located? I've not seen if any workers were killed.
  14. Here is a model, computer version:
  15. peeves regarding politicians
  16. I don't like pressure, but sounds like fun. Turds can be polished.
  17. Even though the Tamiya EVO VI has no engine, I built it. If you want to make any of these better, get the engine detail kit.
  18. That is really nice! But where do you roast the hot dogs?
  19. "Need" might be true. But when my dad got my compressor (when I was just starting out), he rigged up a fire extinguisher for a tank, and a pressure regulator. I find it handy when all I need is a quick use, or cleaning the airbrush.
