Santa brought me some new liquid chrome. First I covered all 4 of these 3D printed resin wheels with my black airbrush mix. Apple Barrel gloss black mixed 2:1 with 70% isopropyl shot at 20 psi. After about a day, i brushed on Alclad chrome on the fronts. This didnt coat as well as i would have hoped so i chased that with a chrome pen to fill in what didnt cover. The rears are a completely different story. I brushed on this. It went on like a dream and covered without a problem. Both are very close and i am happy with the results. The red design was brushed on later with my red airbrush mix.
