I have one of these kits and I like your work, so I will follow along.?

From a quick web search, some folks on RC sites say soaking in water will dissolve it, some say isopropyl alcohol. Are you trying to remove excess from an assembled model, or can you soak the parts?

OUCH!?. Sorry for you misfortune Bob. Yeah, I see a grey/brown…no blue. AK and Vallejo make some nice blues. This is Vallejo’s dark sea blue…it has as a hint.
