I have this double ended tool that works pretty good. Plus this spring loaded gripper. I don’t use either one much, but it’s nice to have them when needed. I have used the gripper for locating lower rad hoses.

Picked this up at the flea market today. It is complete thankfully. The seller also threw in a box of parts for a Revell Dodge Ram VTS. The body and two wheel rims are missing for sure, but the complete V-10 is there.?

I like what you did with the windshield molding Len. If I can find a set of wipers to replace the molded in pieces, I just might do something similar. Why not…I’ve come this far, why quit now??

Can’t wait to see what you do with this one Bob.? I did an AMT ‘36 with the separate roof. I glued it on and used sprue goo for filler (thin layer?) but an epoxy putty like Tamiya or Milliput would work good too.

I believe this is the TS-7 Racing White on the interior.

I didn’t even need to give it any more coats. A little wet sanding and some coats of Mr. Hobby clear did the trick. These pics represent the actual color better than the previous ones.

I am keeping it stock, just a little detailing. It already has an eight in it too.? Thanks, I believe I have a Meguire’s headlight polishing kit in the garage. I think this might be a tough one to polish, but I may give it a try. I can always scrub the polish off with Comet and then paint it.

Thanks for the advice guys. I can get a bit of a smoother finish by spraying from 4-5” away (left spoon). The right spoon was sprayed from 8-10 “ away. At 4-5” away it is hard to get a light coat that won’t obliterate details.? The Dupli-Color sealer I bought sprayed beautifully, so maybe this is a bad can? I have a can of grey that I just bought also, so I will compare them later to see how bad the white is. I could always decant it and airbrush it, slightly thinned with LT maybe?

Absolutely not.? I think this thing has way too many nooks and crannies to just polish.? I doubt they are still made by anyone. Maybe someone on here would know better?

I just bought this can the other day. I shook it for over 2 minutes after the ball lossened. Temperature in my garage is about 60F and 34% humidity. I sprayed it from probably 8-10” away. It looks like it has dried before hitting the surface? It comes off like chalk on my fingers (not right down to bare plastic) after sitting in the dehydrator overnight. Any Ideas? I will definitely do some tests before trying it on a model again. Thankfully it washed off after a short soak in Super Clean.
