  1. I honestly don't remember if the brush is soft or medium. It's just an old toothbrush I have laying around for jobs like this. I probably used a little more pressure than I use when I brush my teeth. This was the first time I tried it. This is the primer I used
  2. I did this about a week ago. I could definitely tell a difference before and after. Ended up with a nice smooth paint finish.
  3. It's a supermarket, but they used to carry about 20 automotive titles not too long ago. More titles than the book stores around here.
  4. Sorry, I didn't mean shockingly as it refers to sales. I meant as it refers to the general "let's outlaw guns" mentality that is going on. You know how those evil guns just like to get up and shoot people without provocation. ? https://www.americanrifleman.org/articles/2018/3/19/fear-loading-kroger-ditching-gun-magazines/
  5. My local Kroger has no automotive magazines anymore. Shockingly, they still have 5-6 gun titles.
  6. I really like it, Randy. The different colors work well together. I hope mine turns out half as nice.
  7. I'm going to have to check that out. Looks really nice. Especially with that sweet ride on display.
  8. Excellent job on everything. I especially like the eyeball.
  9. Another inexpensive Welly from Rite Aid. 1970 Boss 302.
  10. This has been over the last couple of weeks. I got various supplies also.
  11. It must have been pretty cool to be a Ford dealer back then. At least from the standpoint of all the muscle cars on the lot.
  12. It's the Boss 302 that doesn't have the scoops.
  13. That's a good color for that car. Well done.
  14. Looks super badass. This build made me go to Ebay and buy this kit.
  15. That looks like the last package I received from Hobby Easy. I got lucky like you, everything was good on the inside.
  16. Would it be possible to make a mold of the other side and then cast a piece that could be used as a starting point? I can see it in my head but I can't think of a better way to explain it.
  17. Sounds like a great combo.
  18. I like that yellow. I think I've found the color for a project in the back of my mind.
  19. Great idea and great execution.
  20. I feel like David Lee Roth's first solo band fits the description. Steve Vai, Billy Sheehan, and Greg Bissonette. I was there at the opening night of the Eat' em and Smile tour in Hampton, Va. That was the most bare breasts I have ever seen in one place, outside of a strip club. 19 year old me enjoyed the show immensely.
  21. Yep. I forgot he was an old fart also. ?
  22. I really like KXM. It blows my mind that Dug Pinnick is 70 years old.
  23. Looks great. I've been working on this kit off and on for the last couple of months.
  24. Model planes and ships show up from time to time on Masha and the Bear, a Russian childrens cartoon that my son is crazy about.
  25. Looks really nice. I like the under car detailing.
