  1. Did some new tires for my Silverado project, AT44's and i did a mockup in the cad program how it might look. I hope its ok to post a digital truck mockup of a project.
  2. Thank you Thanks Mike! I belive i got the stance just right for my taste, i hope my friend enjoy Thank you Roger! I got a detailing spray yesterday so i could make the last clean and ad some final shine, i belive it payed of! Thanks Dan! I planed on having it solid red but the tamiya Laquer i bought was more like a metalic collor, i like how it looks though.
  3. So my Porsche got to the finish line in time for my friend’s 40th birthday tomorrow. It’s a Fujimi curbside kit modified with a Black Box resin engine that I made a custom turbo setup for based on his setup. I modified the floor pan to look more oem with a spare Tamiya GT2 kit I had, where the transmission also was sourced from. 3d printed wheels, tires and brakes. Interior is basic but with Tamiya buckets, arm rests(which the curbside lacs) from a Tamiya BMW. I also flocked the floor and back seat to resemble the 1:1 better.
  4. The Porsche got to the finish line in time!
  5. 1 day left until my deadline, my friends 40 year birthday. Car is almost done. Missing fog lights, plates, wheels, nose decal. And a cleanup.. can’t remember anything else.
  6. Got me these. CAnt ahve to many 3gen chevelles nor Monster trucks!
  7. Gettin there! Interior is done. Front glad fits like BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH so I had to superglue it in place. And it’s super bad quality so I might cut the side windows of so I can see in the interior. Any other tips on the windscreen on these?
  8. Nice project!
  9. Beautifull build/builds! Looks super sharp al three of them!
  10. Great build! Wheels looks cool on it, and your build actualy made me want to build one my self!
  11. Wow such a great build! Epic level of detials and replication of 1:1 parts! Love that you put so many photos in the thread!
  12. Great stuff as always! Love your garage diorama and al the engines! Saw that there are several 3d model of cumins egnines at Grabcad, might want to check them out, they are in 1:1 so you have to alter them a bit to use them maybe. That realy got my interest! How great aint that, I just love old solutions to dificult problems. And a cool engine would be some modern six made for alot of hp like 2JZ, Barra or RB26 with turbos and made to work in the same way as that WV 30 cyl!
  13. Nice Dann! Looks like allot of effort went in to planing the layout an such! Will be a great place for photos.
  14. Sweet build! Looks just like your 1:1. How do you feel about the new AMT tooling regading headlamps?
  15. Does anyone have, or can make, Aston Martin emblems for Tamiya DBS? i do have a original set for an unbuilt kit so i can scan the original. Any help would be awesome
  16. Beautiful!!
  17. Interior is getting there, carpet and seats are done
  18. Cool! Its funny thought for me that have neever seen them, it almos looks like some car out of GTA, Almost a Ford some thing else ;D
  19. Nice progress! Great work on all the parts!
  20. Nice builds Murf! Huge fan of Bigfoot and the 92-96 stadium truck is one of my favorite ones. Are those kit decals or do you have a source for them?
  21. Thats for sure! I have printed allot of parts for my 1/16 cars.
  22. Mike any progress on this one? I have been offering 1/16 stuff for a fellow member and could help you out if you want to. You can have a look in my Chevy C10 Stepside thread if you want some inspiration.
  23. I bought the AMT 1978 Corvette 25 Aniversary 1/16 recently and i was actualy suprised. Quality was good parts had nice details and it came with optional racing seats, the fit of the chassi to the tub seems like rubish but overal nice details compared to my other Revell Baja kit. The Revell Baja Fever needs allot of work in my opinion and is very inacurate.
  24. Post it here as well. My progress for last night. Engine is in, wheels are done, touch up done to the rear window area. Interior is starting to come to gether with the basic paint layed down.
