  1. Nowadays it is nearly impossible to find a well stocked hobby shop anywhere close to me.
  2. Love the concept! You could even upscale the blower from the Bentley. Will watch with great anticipation.
  3. Whippin Post from Them or Us.
  4. All ready has a sizable load to carry too.
  5. Any Zappa a true guitar master. Too many to count but notably Black Napkins (Live) on ‘Zoot Allures’ or Watermelon In Easter Hay from Joe's Garage.
  6. Back to wet sanding, priming, filling, and wet sanding again... and again... and again......
  7. Ticket to ride, just fifty cents.
  8. Outstanding results Francois. Thanks for the demo, I bet the erasure pencil would be soft enough for BMF too.
  9. I couldn't resist and just received a 1/35 scale De Dion Buton Trike. The company obviously caters to the military modeler, but this is a highly detailed cast and photo etched kit. Hand mastered in brass and cast in gray resin. Now I remember why I gave up on my 1/43 kits.
  10. Fantastic work Dax! You have a great technique for weathering and rusted chrome. Love the distopian vision you have for these vehicles. I believe I've seen some of your other builds, or was it just the WIP on this project. Look forward to seeing any of your next projects.
  11. Great details, Thanks for the pics!
  12. Fantastic attention to detail EG! This is what I love about this forum is getting to see how some of these classics were designed and built, far beyond what you can find on the net. Model On!
  13. Great build and the perfect hauler Pat. The wood grain came out beautifully now what about a pair of skis to top it off?
  14. Could use a touch of Von Dutch but a really fun build. B.D. would've loved it!
  15. You do do some wonderful stuff with styrene Andrew!
  16. Do they have the correct cam lobe profiles and sequence?
  17. Occasionally I get it right!
  18. Back to the tried and true carving knife, tin snips, hammer, file and sanding stick!
  19. Looking good Pat, what engine are you going to run?
  20. Minneapolis are less than a bushel but more than a dozen.
  21. Toy Boat, toy boat, toy boat, three times real fast.
  22. Dang complicated design work in them olden days isn't it?
  23. Came across a great article on how to make and use one of the hand held engine turning guides in the January 2010 Model Cars magazine. Very similar to the ones shown above. Turn and Burn as we'd said in the Nav!
  24. Off subject but, Thank you Sir for your fine work, and our sympathies for your loss in the fires. Perhaps Indycals can scale up the files you need, I hear they do custom work besides their stock line.
