Hi Curtis, I got to the forum and your build WAY too late and most of your build pics are lost. Love this car and am working out the details for my own model. Must say you did a stellar job of building it. Thanks.

Anyone got a Mattel Power Shop?

A friend recently gave me his old Vac-u-form. I was dismayed that the vacuum was created by pushing down a leaver that moved a piston under the table/platen. The least they could have done is have an optional hookup for moms Electrolux! -

A lot of scammers are using this tactic to get your information... Beware! -
I have had the same problem with the amber on my lenses and won't do that again. I am wondering if, with the bond failure if the surfaces were rough sanded and a light scoring with a blade to give the surfaces a 'tooth' before epoxy application would help. There would be some release agent on most plastic parts.

Another Example of Ineptitude by the USPS
Big John replied to StevenGuthmiller's topic in The Off-Topic Lounge
Donny did a great job of fixing the USPS last time he was in office so it really doesn't need more help. Though maybe Elon has a few suggestions. -

Marvel's Hydra coupe 1/12 scale full scratch build
Big John replied to François's topic in WIP: Model Cars
Fantastic engine work Francois, Hope to see a nice set of side covers with the Hydra logo incorporated, ala Bugatti. The can motor in the blower is a great solution. -

Very beautiful and clean build of one of my favorite cars Garry. Back in the days (early 70s) I was able to stuff a Potvin blown 427 SOHC Ford engine in one of these AMT kits. Had to notch out the foot wells a bit but it fit pretty well.

You've got a fairly short stroke there, what do you think the RPM limit would be?
