  1. Thanks James. This is a Super nice kit.
  2. Thanks James. I'm liking this build so far.
  3. Not much going on with the 41 Willy's as I'm still trying to finish up my 51 Henry J SD. I did manage to get some of the engine painted and put together. I got the spark plug wire holes drilled out in the Hemi heads. I didn't like how inside the bug catcher I could see the yellow from where the chrome didn't cover so I hit it with some flat black.
  4. After getting some primer on the 51 a couple days ago I just took a close look at the body and noticed a chunk of resein missing on the bottom of the front fender. Not sure what happened there so I pulled out the Tamiya putty. Just something else to slow down the build. Before I sprayed the primer I washed the body down with Dawn and let it dry. Just before shooting the primer I wiped the body lacquer thinner. The primer seems to be holding to the resin pretty good. So far.
  5. Thanks David. You are probably right. I do create enough probably for myself.
  6. Great looking drag car. Great looking decals. Thank's for your service Scott.
  7. Another good looking 40.
  8. All four look really nicely built. Great looking models for 2023.
  9. That's a Looker right there for sure Doc. Just love the old fat fender cars. That Porsche Basalt Black is really eye catching. Congrats on the win. Very well desirved.
  10. Much obliged Bob.
  11. Thank's Daniel.
  12. Welcome to the MCM site Chris.
  13. Thanks Carl. Yeah, I found another victim.
  14. Pretty kewl looking Willy's Bob. I like the deleted headlights.
  15. Nice replica of a Great looking drag car. I'm liking it.
  16. Really nice looking. The 67 GTX is my favorite year. I have the Sox and Martin 67 kit. Very nicely done.
  17. That's one fine looking ride man. That Panther Pink really makes the car pop. Really nice detail work on the engine bay. Just a pristine look.
  18. Looking Good Kevin. Love that blue.
  19. Hey hey...yeah, I'm on the move again RD.
  20. Well Bob, I guess it could be depending on a person's definition of better. I'll get to it somewhere down the road but for now I opted for the one with less moving parts. I appreciate your input man.
  21. Thanks. I really like the 41 Willy's and the 40 Ford Coupes.
  22. I hear ya man but I like the wheels tucked inside the fenders. More of a modern style drag car. Your right about the battery but it wouldn't be seen and it helps fill up the engine bay. Just more eye candy on a model.
  23. Nice start on the 66 Malibu SS James. Engine looks nice.
  24. I appreciate ya following along Gary. Thanks for watching my video.
  25. Just cracked open the box on this Revell '41 Willy's the other day. This is a really nice looking kit and I have started the clean up on some of the parts. The rear tires have letters that could be painted white or just reverse them and have slick side. Have not made up my mind yet.
