I finally located some vintage Letraset dry transfer letters for this project, and while the fonts aren't an exact match, these should work just fine: I also scrounged a few parts out of an AMT '62 Thunderbird kit, including the rearend, center section, shock plates, and mufflers/tailpipes shown below, as well as as a second set of shock plates, and two leaf springs from an AMT '50 Chevy Pickup: The '62 NHRA rule book I'm using as my guide states "must have a full production type suspension system; one commonly used by an auto manufacturer", so while that's rather vague, these should work in place of the stock parts and provide a period correct upgrade.

A few points. Just because someone is skilled at molding and casting parts, doesn't mean they are also a highly skilled modeler. You answered your own question, by stating there wouldn't be much demand for what you want. Re-read #2 Think about this for a minute. How much time would need to be invested to master the correct parts? Let's say ten (10) hours, just to have a nice, even number. After ten hours of work creating the master parts and ensuring they are ready for casting, add in the material costs and the time it takes to create all the two-part molds. Then, you make multiple interior sets and get them ready to be sold. What will the price be? How many people will be willing to pay $15(?) for a correct set of interior parts for a 54 year old old annual kit which they waited to buy at their local box craft store with a 40% off coupon? Even if you focus on the passionate builder who does want a correct interior and is willing to open up their wallet to pay for it, how many are you going to sell? Five sets? Ten? I can't honestly see more than fifteen people ever wanting such a set of parts, but let's say 25 people ultimately end up purchasing the set (at $15/set), so you've made $375 profit on the parts alone, before you deduct your expenses and time. Ten hours of mastering work, and another ten hours for production, and you've made $18.75/hour back for your investment. This is why nobody has done it, and why nobody is ever likely to do it.

Using the "Copy" link allows you to use the "Start at" feature, so you can "start" the video at the point where the model kits are mentioned, and skip all the other stuff...screen shot of that:

There are many different brands and types of resin-- too many to list all the options. What specifically are you planning to mold and cast, how many pieces are you wanting to produce, etc? That might help narrow things down a bit, and also help us guide you toward a product which would increase you chances for success. Do you have any resin casting experience? Do you own a vacuum chamber? A pressure pot?

1/25 AMT '72 Chevy Blazer Crew Chief

VRC Hobbies must have special runs, like they did with the AMT '66 Mustang kit. In this case, instead of the yellow box art Blazer, it's red...but still levitating. ? -
For YouTube videos, click the "SHARE" option just beneath the video (you have to be viewing the video at YouTube.com): ..then highlight (or click on the same box as the text to be copied) the text in the box: ...then just paste it here in the body of the message. It should automatically embed the link, and the video will appear inside the post. I added the newly announced 2020 Round2 items to this post because of the post title, but after reading the body of the post, maybe that was a mistake? There is already a post regarding Round2's January 2020 releases here ...: ...so I thought this post might serve to contain all of the 2020 Round2 announcements.

This is a neat time capsule type kit. Very '60s, with a surprisingly well detailed SBC and many great period suspension bits, too. Nicely done. ?

The 1965 Fairlane Modified Stocker is coming back in 2020, and any others which were reissued during the RC2 era are likely reasonable candidates for reissue within the next few years, too. I would expect box art close to the original issue this time around, with the usual updated decal sheet and a few extra bits among the chrome parts, similar to the '65 Chevelle Mod Stocker which was just released:

Seems like it's the MPC '88 GT kit, solid chrome plated headlights(!!) and all, maybe now falling under the AMT label?

AMT '67 Mustang/GT350 Stance Question

In fairness, that image was not taken when the car was new. Who knows what changed since '67 on that one. Here are some vintage images, but I would not consider any of these "nose high". Maybe a one or two finger gap between the wheel arch and top of the tire: -

I can't blame them for diversifying as a company. Round2 has done the exact same thing, yet it flew right under most people's radar...:

The wheels are missing from your kit. Contact Round2 and they should get you squared away. Here's the review topic and video, the latter of which shows the wheels present, but apart from the remainder of the chrome plated parts, so I could understand how they might have been left out during packaging:

You type whatever you wish to say into the body of the message, like this. To add an image there are two easy options. One, directly upload each image from your laptop, hard drive, mobile device, etc. to the forum. See the paperclip at the bottom of the reply box? Click on "chose files..", then select each image you wish to upload. Once you've uploaded each image (I'm using the AMT Model A as my uploaded image in this example), you put the cursor (that vertical line which indicated where the type will appear on the screen when you type on the keyboard) where you want the image to appear on the body of the message, then click the "+" symbol at the lower left corner of the image you just uploaded, like so: Below is the screenshot just after I uploaded the AMT Model A image: Option two is to use an image hosting service (fotki, etc) and copy and paste the image link into the body of your message wherever you want it, like so:
