    I have built this kit and the side glass fit just fine. Here's a picture of the side window.the Lip is very small but it fits.

    Yeah they are! Stuffing a big engine into a 20-30s ford kind of reminds me of this 26 t pickup with a ford cammer in it! This guy could still fit his hood on to.     He said it. That's probably the best way to do it. For the rear you could also heat them up under a candle and flaten them a little. If your going to do that, I recommend bending them to see if the hight is right first then setting them with the heat.

    Looks good. I've never polished a model before and I've always wondered what grits and what types of sanding pads/paper people use. If you could enlighten me on what products you use that would be great. This is my most shiny paint job ? I think polishing could make my stuff look like yours (much better than mine).

    I love this project. Your doing it right! If you don't mind me sharing I built a 2 lane blacktop car as well. I used the old revell 55 chevy. I know it's a hard top but I at least added a b pillar . Besides the body being incorrect, it was my first time kit bashing as well. i will remove if im interrupting.

    These are some drawings I do when I'm board. Most of these maybe even all I drew from memory. They were all done in a wide ruled composition notebook. Thanks for looking, comments welcome.

    Texas 3D Customs is awesome. I've never bought one of there engine's but I've heard good things about them.
