  1. They say that smell is a powerful memory trigger. I've always liked the smell of paint, my better half not so much !
  2. I mangled one of those as a kid, unobtainium now! Hope to see pics.
  3. This makes me want to go out and get one for myself! Very nice.
  4. Wow!
  5. Incredible work, very well done.
  6. Great looking model!
  7. I've got one as well. Intimidated by the wire wheels!
  8. '67 STP Turbine car scored off eBay. I plan a total rebuild with the correct color and new decals. I hunted a long time, these go for stupid money. I built one as a kid after seeing the real thing at time trials at the Brickyard and hope to do better now
  9. Excellent work. Very subtle weathering looks just right.
  10. Really nice job! I would love to build at least 1 Toyota.
  11. Great model Mark! I really enjoy seeing your work and choice of subjects.
  12. Another issue might be the resin body. Resin casts are generally a lot thicker than the same thing in styrene. You may need to thin it out in places in order to fit a chassis.
  13. Cool concept. I can't imagine working in 1:35 but armor guys do it all day long. Watching with interest.
  14. Amazing, that ice cooler is perfect!
  15. How anyone can carve pieces like this and get them symmetrical amazes me! Great models.
  16. I remember when the XB-70 came out, it was awe inspiring then. Your X-15 looks great, little more than a seat attached to a rocket! Those guys had stones.
  17. I saw the truck in the other forum, your dio looks good as well.
  18. OMG, gas was 72.9c a gallon! Your pump looks fantastic, I'll be following along with interest.
  19. That interior looks ready to get in and go! Great model. Good thing we have the kids around to show us how all this tech stuff works
  20. OMG, screw in plugs?! Amazing work on those hood hinges.
  21. I love it! I had a plain Jane notchback just like this years ago. 302, 3 speed on the floor, that was a fun car. Thanks for the memory jog.
  22. I can barely get the box open in four hours!. Nice work.
  23. Very nice, don't see many of these built. Must be a difficult kit? Or more subscribe to Tulio's opinion than will admit!
  24. That's a beauty! Those stripes must have been trying. You really captured the overall look well.
  25. Great model! Bittersweet day for all involved.
