    Looking forward to seeing your progress. My best friend growing up his dad had a similar model, it was a 69 Chrysler LeBaron 2door. 440 4 bbl, 727 torqueflite. The car was a monster, weighed 5100 lbs, and could smoke the tires at will. It was a cruiser but got awful gas mileage around 10 mpg.Lol.

    Nice job, great color. I had a 1:1 69 Malibu (wish I still had it), looking forward to Revells new tool 68 Chevelle. Rumor has it there might be a new tool 69 down the road also. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

    It was like a shark feeding frenzy, went looking around and found 0.:( Hope Don and Carol sell everything and enjoy their retirement. Too bad there isn't someone out there to pick up the ball, they had a lot of great stuff. I will try buying some tires from their son's website.

    Nice job. My dad had a 58 Impala w/348 he bought new. Baby blue with the triple blue interior. He always wished he never got rid of it.

    Very nice build, I have the same kit (unbuilt), I also managed to find the hardtop version of that kit, the Uhlenhaut coupe. Both on my list of "to build".

    Formula 1 Super Stock tires were the most popular wide tires you could get in the early 70's. Next were Mickey Thompson Indy Profile tires. Fireball Modelworks has decals for both.
