  1. Welcome to the forum, Dave. You've found the right place to get back into that model building groove. Enjoy.
  2. Yup, me too! Just had a cruise through the thread to get up to speed again.

  6. Welcome to the forum, Ronald. Great looking collection of trucks. Cheers.
  7. Nice work, Rich. You captured the look of the 1:1 very well. Digging the new back-drop, too. Very cool.
  8. Lovely T. Very nice work on the Tin Lizzy. Nice, classic look. Well done.
  9. Good looking Talladega. These are so rarely built stock. Nice work.
  10. Applying a coat of Tamiya wax to a model will make it easy to brush away dust, and prevent the accumulation of fingerprints. It provides a beautiful luster to paint, and does great things to the glass-work as well. Beware, the model will become very slippery. The best brushes I have found for cleaning models is microfiber makeup brushes. They come in a huge variety of styles and sizes.
  11. Some very fine model building going on here.
  12. Nice! A good clean-up and detailing really brings this old girl to life.
  13. Very cool Lambo, David. Nice work on the tail lights. They are always a tricky part of any Countach build, but you did a great job of it. Overall, very nicely done.

  15. Very interesting kit. The Chrysler chassis and engine is perfect for this vintage car. Nice work going on here, looking forward to seeing what comes of it.

  17. Lovely Bentley, Mario. Your efforts have been rewarded with a fine replica. Such cool cars, and your build certainly does them justice. Very well done. I have been wanting to get one of these kits for years. I would love to attempt to tackle one.
  18. That's one sharp looking Buick. Nicely done.
  19. Francois, that is some mighty fine model work. This is going to be a fantastic build.
  20. But, how will the forum generate operating revenue?
  21. I just noticed that 'member's location' has been removed from below the name on their posts, and wondered why? I often check to see where a member is from, as it provides context to their comments, and valuable context to the build itself. Also, the hobby, and therefore the forum being global, it is interesting to see where people are from, to see where model car building is being done. The 'location' feature often provides an element of interest to many posts. Is there a reason for the location being removed? And, will it return? - Curious in Nova Scotia
