A friend is a person that drives from Chicago to FLA to be with you for your scheduled cancer surgery - my most bestest friend - Rick Parker (but he doesn't build models).
Thanks Al. The free eyedropper from Walgreen's and those little mixing cups from you are making resin pours easier. I did a bunch of valve covers that are up on photobucket and later today I'm going to start more bucket seats that were sent to me.
Hey Todd. The Model Car Builders of Florida is an internet based club. Occasionally members will meet at a show or hobby shop somewhere. If you're interested in joining, send me a "real" email address and I'll put you on the roster.
Got the coupe painted and I'm putting it together. Next time will be under glass.
New items coming soon to Crazy Scale Auto Parts. Several types of valve covers are in the molds setting up and a friend is sending me some to be molded.
The heck with the neighbors - LOUD PIPES SAVE LIVES! Dump stock and put a set of Vance & Hines. Those look like HD Wide Glide handlebars. Very nice build, Harry. And thanks again.
Universal? I don't know what you mean. I thought I put the size on the sheet but I guess not. They're 14mm diameter and the hole in the middle is about 6mm. They'll fit right over a Pegasus wheel. Something smaller you want to think about using a hole punch on a piece of Evergreen sheet and super glueing to the back. You could drill it too any size you need.
I could pour resin from a Dixie cup but it didn't always pour where I wanted it. I was then lead to a syringe and that worked better, but discovered eyedroppers and those work very well for me.
