  1. Issue #155 arrived here on Monday in pristine condition. Another good issue. I have only one question - when will we be getting #156?
  2. And if it's the kit I'm thinking of, it's molded in orange.
  3. A friend is a person that drives from Chicago to FLA to be with you for your scheduled cancer surgery - my most bestest friend - Rick Parker (but he doesn't build models).
  4. Thanks Al. The free eyedropper from Walgreen's and those little mixing cups from you are making resin pours easier. I did a bunch of valve covers that are up on photobucket and later today I'm going to start more bucket seats that were sent to me.
  5. Hey Todd. The Model Car Builders of Florida is an internet based club. Occasionally members will meet at a show or hobby shop somewhere. If you're interested in joining, send me a "real" email address and I'll put you on the roster.
  6. Super build and great paint.
  7. Got the coupe painted and I'm putting it together. Next time will be under glass. New items coming soon to Crazy Scale Auto Parts. Several types of valve covers are in the molds setting up and a friend is sending me some to be molded.
  8. Welcome to the other side. That beater Nova is quite a sleeper.
  9. Nice, clean build, Tom. Gorgeous paint.
  10. Way to go, Don.
  11. The heck with the neighbors - LOUD PIPES SAVE LIVES! Dump stock and put a set of Vance & Hines. Those look like HD Wide Glide handlebars. Very nice build, Harry. And thanks again.
  12. I think they look great! What procedure did you end up using?
  13. So what are you waiting for, Earl? Get that puppy built and post some pics. It looks really good. Shiny paint is the only way to go.
  14. Looks like you guys have great attendance at your meeting(s). Great looking builds too.
  15. I guess this means you're in the USA? Hope you're having a great time.
  16. Looking sweet. Stewart.
  17. You have some pretty decent work going on here. I'm gonna keep watching.
  18. Have you considered opening a hole in the same shape as the grill below? It would have to be smaller.
  19. What a gorgeous build. And babes too!
  20. I thought you bought a 1:1 car. Looks like a good project.
  21. Universal? I don't know what you mean. I thought I put the size on the sheet but I guess not. They're 14mm diameter and the hole in the middle is about 6mm. They'll fit right over a Pegasus wheel. Something smaller you want to think about using a hole punch on a piece of Evergreen sheet and super glueing to the back. You could drill it too any size you need.
  22. Just think of all the practice you could have had by using flocking instead of the carpeting.
  23. That thing came out looking great. Nice work, Michael.
  24. Putting the headlights in the grill will sure keep the sides clean.
  25. I could pour resin from a Dixie cup but it didn't always pour where I wanted it. I was then lead to a syringe and that worked better, but discovered eyedroppers and those work very well for me.
