  1. That looks like a pretty cool room, CJ.
  2. Pretty neat van.
  3. Unreal. Amazing. Do you purchase Alclad by the gallon?
  4. Good looking build. Love the colors.
  5. Mother Nature doesn't mess around. Our local newspaper stated 20 dead and that a 10 foot high wall of water crashed through Brisbane. Terrible news. Stay safe down there folks.
  6. I have 2 Carney Plastics cases almost full (each holds 21 builds) and another on order as a birthday present from my wife. In my shop I have a 48" x 24" garage dio with parking lot and an old stereo cabinet for displays. After some time has passed I trade off my older builds through the trade portion of this forum. Take a look at my 2 for 1 trade going on right now. There's only a couple of builds left - red '64 Chevy, gold '64 GTO, purple '55 Chevy, purple '69 Chevelle. I'm trying to work trades on the red '65 Dodge, grey GTX, Buick Grand National, and the black Cougar but there's nothing definite yet in case you're interested.
  7. I only went there when the PREMIER model car site was down. I was desperate for model car info. The other site is hard for me to navigate.
  8. Looks real good, Wayne. The interior wood is excellent.

Now that's a hot rod. Gorgeous build.
  10. Looks like having the drive wheel in the middle and moving the plastic wheels to either side would give the necessary clearance. Or fill & re-scribe the door.
  11. How would the doors open? Looks like the track to move to the rear a bit. What a cool idea.
  12. Nice dio. Nothing runs like a deere, hey?
  13. Bright color - and I like it. Nice looking build.
  14. Hope you folks will be okay down there. My hat is off to your prime minister/president - the lady who said if you don't like it here (Australia), get out.
  15. That looks nice - real nice. Love the details and those wheels.
  16. Now you got me thinking I should take some time off and come back building terrific models. DeSoto is looking good.
  17. Very nice. Love the color.
  18. Nice, Ian. Very nice. Want to dress up those valve stems somewhat? Take some Micro Krystal Klear and add a drop to the tip of the stem. It'll dry clear and then you can paint the tip whatever color you want. Makes it look like there's a cap a the tip of the stem.
  19. Can you post some pics, Dave?
  20. Who makes that kit? I'm thinking a big block Chevy in it.
  21. Change your locks!!! A neighbors house was broken into and they took the wife's purse and other small items. Her keys were in the purse. They didn't change the locks. The next week the theives came back and used her keys to get in and took more stuff.
  22. Looks good.
  23. I use a piece of square Evergreen rod, drill the appropriate number of holes, mount to the firewall or fender well, and glue in the fuel lines. I've learned through trial and error that it's better to drill the holes before cutting the piece to length. Sometimes I paint them and other times cover with BMF. I've ordered some Plastruct hex rod in a variety of sizes and plan on trying it out.
  24. It's beautiful!
