  1. I love it! It looks real, Bill. Awesome work.
  2. Congrats on the new home and workspace. Beautiful paint job! Diablo is my favorite Lamborghini.
  3. Cool idea! I'll have to take some new photos...
  4. WOW. Lots of skill on display here! Subscribed. This may be the scariest model building image I've seen in a while:
  5. Based on a recent eBay search, you're sitting on $300 - $400! Buy low, sell high, re-buy low later this year. ?

    32 Ford Vicky

That is a perfect hot rod. Too cool!
  7. Awesome. Beautiful model.
  8. Unreal! What kit did this start out as? Unbelievable details and paint job. A-plus!!
  9. Very cool! Better looking than a standard GTi, IMO. Would make a neat looking sedan delivery too. Nice build!
  10. Same here. I have an all-white ‘90 Kodiak Lumina built in ‘99 and cleared with Future and there’s no yellowing yet.
  11. Beautiful build. Well done!
  12. Recent MPC kit, built curbside, painted Tamiya Racing Green with Racing White wheels and semi gloss black gut. I had to shim the bed to level it up and prevent that tail dragging look. I weathered the chassis with spray cans and lightly weathered the bed and wheels with washes. Had a lot of fun with this. Replica of my dad’s work truck from circa 1979. Special thanks to Mark in New Jersey (MPR Decals) for the beautiful, high quality, custom door decals.
  13. I doubt any of those changes will be made. I recall seeing an image of the grilles sprue back when these kits were originally announced. All four grilles - '69, '70, '71, and '72 - are on one sprue. I don't see a new grille, dash, or door panels being produced for this '67, unfortunately. I could be wrong though...
  14. Another magazine featured “Randy Derr’s Race-Bred Bird” IMSA Firebird on a cover in the mid-80s. The detailing on that 1/16 (?) build was mind-blowing for this then-teenager.
  15. Great news. Thanks. Stay safe everyone.
  16. Prior to the Chinese production delay? If so, is late summer more realistic?
  17. Niiiiiice!!
  18. Same here. JC is the best. Thanks!
  19. A real treat! I always enjoy looking at your hover car builds. Excellent weathering and “gadgetry”! Very cool.
  20. A 1/25 AMT NASCAR chassis should fit under there quite nicely. Those kits go for cheap too. Then just add your 1/25 Mopar engine of choice. The rear suspension is solid axle w/ truck arms. But so are current NASCAR chassis, like Rob mentions. At the very least, you could use the AMT NASCAR front clip on your chassis of choice. Hope this helped.
  21. In a video posted to the Salvinos JR Facebook page this past Saturday, he states a tentative release for the Charger kit as “end of summer“.
  22. Great tips here on making the kit body look better! I will certainly use a few on my build. I don’t know about the red stripe either, but there is a red stripe included in the Salvinos JR Bobby Allison 1981 Riverside winner kit also. It is a red stripe for the top of the grille.
