Here is the beautifully-engineered and molded Revell SSR in factory touch-up Pacific Blue. Cleared with Duplicolor and polished with cloths and Tamiya Finish compound. A fun build of a unique vehicle! Many more pictures here: https://public.fotki.com/FiveTs/my_model_cars/2006-chevy-ssr/ Thanks for looking.

'48 Ford F-1 Phantom
Matt T. replied to Plowboy's topic in Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Beautiful build! A proper phantom too - Looks like it came from the factory that way, and causes a double-take. I love the color choices. -

NICE truck! Great job on a fiddly old kit. -

I love it! It looks real, Bill. Awesome work. -
Congrats on the new home and workspace. Beautiful paint job! Diablo is my favorite Lamborghini.

Cool idea! I'll have to take some new photos...

WOW. Lots of skill on display here! Subscribed. This may be the scariest model building image I've seen in a while:

Any word on the Revell '30 Model A coupe ?
Matt T. replied to Greg Myers's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Based on a recent eBay search, you're sitting on $300 - $400! Buy low, sell high, re-buy low later this year. ? -
That is a perfect hot rod. Too cool!

Unreal! What kit did this start out as? Unbelievable details and paint job. A-plus!!

Very cool! Better looking than a standard GTi, IMO. Would make a neat looking sedan delivery too. Nice build!

Clear Over Decals

Same here. I have an all-white ‘90 Kodiak Lumina built in ‘99 and cleared with Future and there’s no yellowing yet. -

Thanks guys! -
Recent MPC kit, built curbside, painted Tamiya Racing Green with Racing White wheels and semi gloss black gut. I had to shim the bed to level it up and prevent that tail dragging look. I weathered the chassis with spray cans and lightly weathered the bed and wheels with washes. Had a lot of fun with this. Replica of my dad’s work truck from circa 1979. Special thanks to Mark in New Jersey (MPR Decals) for the beautiful, high quality, custom door decals.

NICE work! A perfect phantom. -
I doubt any of those changes will be made. I recall seeing an image of the grilles sprue back when these kits were originally announced. All four grilles - '69, '70, '71, and '72 - are on one sprue. I don't see a new grille, dash, or door panels being produced for this '67, unfortunately. I could be wrong though...

Great news. Thanks. Stay safe everyone.

Prior to the Chinese production delay? If so, is late summer more realistic?
