  1. Meijers also reduced the amount of kits at their store here. But at least they are mostly current kits unlike the local Michaels that has only older releases.
  2. Looks like it to me. Most of the stuff i have seen was in case lots here.
  3. No Mod Rods or Duster short track cars at the Monroe MI store. Bummer But they did have AMT 40 Ford molded in Orange Art series box. Grabbed 2 of them. They also had some 57 Chevy Bel Airs, the Bat Missile along with the Batmobile Decaled Stock car from AMT.
  4. If it bothers you never sell your work. Is it wrong to claim someone else's work as your own sure. That is on them not you.
  5. Nice work.
  6. Nascar would be this Teams classic colors.
  7. We don't have the Mod Rod kits up here , at least last week. I would have picked up those 2 for sure. We did have the Flintstones car up here.
  8. Nice work.
  9. Another great build from your bench.
  10. It is not the right thing to do with a model for sure. As far as AMBR there has been a 2 time winner. The Ridler Award in Detroit it is in the rules that this event is the first time the car can be shown in completed form to be eligible. Once you sell a model you no longer have control of it. It is the new owners obligation to do the right thing. Many shows have display only tables and everyone still takes pictures of them on the table. What is wrong with that? All we know is that it was at a model show correct?
  11. The old 32 came out nice.
  12. Thank you for posting some nice work going on there.
  13. I like this Hugh. Nice job on the paint work.
  14. This came out to nice for a dump truck. I like it.
  15. I have seen the others you posted but I did not know they produced the above beauty.
  16. This looks good in black. I would have tossed the Chevy also.
  17. Yes this is a good way to spend an hour faster than you think. LOL I like the commentators they are good.
  18. They had a hot rod overhead valve V8 before Chevy did. In fact the fastest production car in 57 was not a Chevy, it was a Studebaker. There is another video with the Galaxy kicking some tail LOL.
  19. Tim Maybe if sort out your stuff before you get the dust started. All the diecast in one spot, sorted by how ever you want. same with the plastic kits. Then pack it away for the remodel. If you are starting with a clean room it will be better. I like the idea of laying it out before you start. Do you want shelves around the top? Do you want to make a desk out of the cheapest thing possible ( no wrong answer here) or do you want to go with base cabinets for a kitchen? We have all looked at very nice models built on a door. I guess you have to decide what the room is going to be for over the long haul. What others think doesn't matter make yourself happy and comfortable, you will build more.
  20. Wow this is stunning.
  21. Molds were not scraped and the parties interested in making parts have them. All good news. Another way to look at what was and what was not kept might be as simple what fit into their molding machines.
