  1. The kit with the White Car was a christmas present way back from my older sister. Never painted it just put it together. Decals and all. Still have it broken and dusty. Thanks for the idea of a rebuild Joe.
  2. I was surprised that the Cobra had a longer wheelbase than the Bronco. This thing is small. It was a 1/24 scale to the 1/25 scale though. Ray are you doing a fade paint from orange to red?
  3. So today I get a call that a long time friend was killed in a headon collision today. The other car went left of center.
  4. Very nice.
  5. Welcome Mark. Got yourself a couple of big kits to start with. Not a bad way to go.
  6. Yes sir this turned out nice.
  7. Steve you are not alone with needing parts. The last NNL Nationals show they sold at was a long line most of the day, I went over near the end of the day and they were just exhausted and it was taking a toll on them. I decided if they did not have it on hand that day I was going to be OK without it.
  8. Looks great as a drivable street rod for a change of pace. Good color choice also.
  9. Rock and Blues guy but for some reason Meagan Trainer makes me smile when I hear it. SSSHHHH big secret guys. LOL My friends call this a guilty pleasure.
  10. George you are not alone and may even get a few requests for trades with these posts.
  11. Mike this is the problem my buddy has with his old Studebaker truck. The modern camper will not fit his truck because the cab is too tall. He was thinking about putting a diesel running gear under the old truck because the Dodge is getting very rusty.
  12. This looks great Dan. Looks like you are making a Boat to go on top also. Will this have to be registered with the Canadian Aviation Administration?
  13. Toledo OH and Monroe MI store only have the 29 kit. that was before Christmas though.
  14. As far as the 2000 4 cylinder Pinto engine, they did not have much power stock but they sure would take a beating. I think they are the same 4 Cylinder that is used in the GTP Mustang kit from Monogram. They just had an aftermarket race head on them. Maybe it was the 2300 not sure what they started with.
  15. This turned out very nice.
  16. Great idea Robert, those kits are cheap also.
  17. Well Ricard he could make it look like a 65 GTO. I like the PS idea before you start to cut away.
  18. I have noticed it seems to be slower around 2 to 5 Am eastern time for me. I only have one tab open most of time anyway.
  19. Very nice. Good choice on the 6 banger.
  20. The only thing missing is the empty beverage container on the roof. I like it as is though.
  21. I am sure a many kits were picked up because of this box art, and you nailed it.
  22. 37 Ford Monogram Bill picture is 2.00 wide at the base of the Windshield / top of the hood area.Would this be the widest point of the Cowl? Anyway measuring same point on bodies. 1941 Ford AMT kit is wider . 2.300 wide . That being noted the roof would have to be redone as it has a larger radius on the outside edge than the Car pictured. You could use the sides as a starting point. 1948 Revell Woody is 2.220 wide. Wood is farther off than the 41 Amt. 1929/30/31 kits the wood pattern is to far off. I hope this helps Bill.
  23. Midnight Auto Parts.
