  1. Honestly. 10-12 posts down. Lol. No need to search
  2. Some were never reissued because they did sit on shelves. MPC 70 Impala convert. Issued once in Halloween glow plastic. Never saw anything but 1-2 gluebombs in 30y
  3. Truly nothing in engine room visible. Glimpses thru screens. Same with 600 and 720. Not even a dipstick. Suspension mostly covered by undertray. Lift necessary, front tray on 720 is 11k. Same on Senna is 20k. Need Speedtail and Pininfarina Bautista, Rimac (same chassis). Fun fact 720 and Senna first services at 1yr. Even if you track it. ??? PS Saros Grey (blue) and Fire Black
  4. The Hero had 1 issue after the show issue, the Western Pickup. It still had all the horse engraving and fringe, but rear deck was pre-cut out into pickup version. I’ve got both, I have an Imperial problem. I think Mark has some too. Tamiya 850 BTCC cars I’m in all day.
  5. Christine kit isnt very correct I’m in in ok
  6. I had to stop. My meters running and I have 12-1500 kits. Every one has a build plan. I stopped by looking at each kit, figuring where in the gotta build it slots it fits, and proceed from there. I kinda forget to sell, have done so at a few shows with stuff I haven’t looked at in ages. Walk with 12-1500 each time, price stuff to go away. Sometimes 60-100, sometimes 10. Hard to stop but doable. Paint is my limiting step. So a lot are primed, bodywork done. Not much ambition to build either when ya feel lousy all the time. Good luck.
  7. Fun fact. Dawn blue dish soap is used to degrease birds and animals from oil spills. Works fine degreasing resin after soak in Bleche Wite. What a 50’s product name.
  8. I’m sorry for your losses. You got this. She’ll always be with you. Health and happiness to you and family. Peace too. You helped her thru the nonsense. You never know how strong you are until you have no other choice. Sorry for off topic, but you deserve our support.
  9. Afraid? ??? Embarrassed at your sweeping generalizations about ACME would be a non-narcissistic response. Others have pointed out how NNL works. It seems likely you’re aware. Votes go how they go. It’s a pandemic. It’s an online contest. Kids can write code to vote. Who cares what won? At least you’ll be remembered thru lunchtime if you pass next time. ACME guys probably wont sleep more than 7-8hr a night worrying. What a ridiculous thread. Not what I expected when I clicked on it.
  10. I’d say what I did to anyone that dissed a nice bunch like ACME, MAMAz boys, Toledo, whatever. Please get your paranoia checked. I’m not out to get you or anyone else. You make it about you Steve. You’re not the only great builder here or out there. Yes the winner was a lump. But in person NNLs are quite awesome, ACME’s included. Take your ball home, don’t play with the entire group of ACME guys. I’ll make sure they read this. Most too classy to respond. Buh-bye.
  11. Not everyone gets a prize. It’s absurd that it’s ACME’s full issue, and impugning their integrity is disingenuous at best. Run your own NNL. Like Plowboy and Tom G have mentioned, give away soap as doorprizes. Xingu’s correct. Hear it often over years. Kvetching over judging, winners, rigged votes. Current history nice parallel.
  12. Couple drywall scraps could work, cover with lichen and sandpaper for road. Fake koi pond would be fun.
  13. Check kitchen strainers. The square pattern is seen in some and has curve that could help. Smaller ones like lemon sized. Tea strainer too. Wish someone would do Buick YJob. I believe that’s Harley Earls 39 caddy proto drawing.
  14. Stamp. Tom’s mentioned before.
  15. Black Friday sale starts early this year.
  16. Reminded me of drunk posting/texting I've seen. Funny, but I don’t think he was drunk. He never did post same topic over and over though, so there’s that ?
  17. Oooh. Verdoro green. Turquoise sounds awesome. We had 67 Eldo in that turquoise. Great color. No vinyl top on it either. Gorgeous cars.
  18. The Star Wars and armor/plane guys pay up. That’s where the money is as Willie Sutton said. R2 and R-M need that to pay for new tools that move. Landy and Etype are great starts, more to come. Ive yet to see topic stay on track completely in any forum. Learning stuff is one of the points of intarweb. Be well. Actually live long and prosper ?
  19. Rip. Creative, great modeler. Will be missed. Best to family and friends.
  20. It’s in articles. My locals didn’t shut down until pressure. Then reopened earlier and had to shut down again. Not trying to start argument Rich, or anyone else. Not political either. Show me evidence otherwise please Be well, back to empty shelves waiting for restock. ??? Snake’s build on suits too
  21. Don’t tell us. Tell him. Lmk next time you see a drag car with 13” ww. Yes it’s opinion, ok to post anywhere. Point of posting the car was workmanship and possible conversion potential for the kit. R2 brought this kit back from Boss Nova. So buy it and convert to stock. Back on topic. Thats a great sedan delivery conversion. Ford Falcon had a great sedan delivery and a 2d wagon. Always wondered why GM passed.
  22. At the very beginning they adamantly refused for a week or 2 https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/02/us/hobby-lobby-colorado-virus.html https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/hobby-lobby-coronavirus-pandemic-retailers-close/
  23. Hobby Lobby refused to shut down. ?
