  1. References and we’re all hoarders.
  2. Leave it. Clean up and enjoy it. Only one I’ve ever seen that’s compelling. 44 Huffaker cars slayed. Quick fix for shelf for now, get another for pile to really do. Sub level 8 in storage. Lol. Finish that wonky 5th wheel transporter and some deuces first. Lol Be well Bill. Send it to Snake for quick and dirty and send back for shelf. Lol
  3. The Bonneville coupe was only car with the canoe IIRC. 1969-70
  4. Dave I read hillbilly! Stop the charge on cc and be done. Like the auction people that drag out stuff past 45 day PayPal limit. Or the resin people that take money and never deliver what you wanted. The subscription people get paid for nothing. A supplier that pulled that would get an extra line in contract about penalties. While searching for alternate source.
  5. We are friends here, I hope, I just am grumpy cuz I feel bad. 2y out from transplant, 2 bone marrows fighting still. Sorry to y'all. I do mostly 1/72 for space (and floor load), a few 1/48 for biz planes and beloved Staggerwings, and a 1/24 P51D and FW190 because, and gorgeous. Pretty cool Amodel bizjet kits out now, 1/72 Falcon 10, 100, 50EX Lear 55, G550,. OMG. I'm in heaven, all I had were the awful Mach2, the Matchbox HS125-600, and Airfix 125. And Sword Staggerwings in 1/72 so I can just pitch the Meicraft. Then the Con-Cor HO Aerotrain, Zephyr, and M10000. No layout anymore, bought them for display. Snake, Dave, Mike,, many more share interests of mine, and it's great. Woolco rocked.
  6. Forgot about those. Had some too, hadn't run across one in awhile. Forgot that too. I still have a lot of HO trains from them, really higher level of detail than Mantua. Way off topic but fun. Like the 1/72 scale bubbletop WW2 fighter rabbit hole I'm in right now. Ki84, Spitfire MkXVI,...So many kits now. So little time and ambition. We need a start new tangential thread button.
  7. AHM was an importer, like MRC was for Tamiya. They had Bandai, LS, Rivarossi, etc. Lots of trains, but distributed to FW Woolworths, Kresge's, others, and hobby shops too.
  8. Rob, there are only a few "427" out there. Why R-G wouldn't rebox their own, really nice 427 makes no sense. So, that leaves 2, the Fujimi, which seems unlikely cross-market. Leaving the Sunny. Rex, agree, Gary and JC know.
  9. Price is right too. I had this issue and figured I'd screwed up. Lots of good ideas thanks all.
  10. LOL. At least the generator is correct...wait, what? What. A. Lump.
  11. Cool. Never can tell anymore around here. Funny movie, haven't seen in years. Model on "Sgt." ?
  12. FAW Red Flag L5 , left photo. They sell 500 a year or so. The H7 is due soon. R photo There are always "more equal" everywhere, pimpin' hard for those that cannot Kim Jong-il eschewed thes for new Maybach Guards, smuggled from Germany due to export embargo. The wonderful Benz 600 Pullman was the choice of more despots than any other car in history. And the Pope, so there's that.
  13. I know that. Unsure if many others wander down that far to the diecast section. Ray does. Yes, sir!! Sorry, won't do it again. Didn't think it was offensive LOL. People get upset about the darndest things. Complaining about inconsequential stuff makes me laugh.
  14. Wix did a diecast of the super snake I think. They did awesome 427 s/c. if it wasn’t them it was Franklin Mint Franklin Mint 1966 Shelby Cobra 427 Super Snake Limited Edition Sry. One very cheap on bay now.
  15. That’s either the Sunny again if misshapen 289 with transverse leafs, or a Monogram rebodied, which I doubt. Could be the Fujimi mess 427.
  16. Should we all say “Tanks for the Memories“?
  17. Hey Snake, the stock CSV mags are in the T-bucket that used to be Little T. Big rears and trailer used the fronts. I bought a GB that had 2 nerfs, and a nice built in Dark Blue that had 2 nerfs. They're flat, I planned to trace and make a pair. Keeping the blue as is. GB in a 65 Vette box awaiting distant project. Scott, that limo needs pimping out, lowrider, or DONK.
  18. Full panels in 68 Commando and 69 Roadster kits. I’d forgotten the 68 had both panels. The 69 I’ll check. 72 Big grille annual was last issue with full roof, but like Mike said, the 70-71 had short panels only. 72 and on as well.
  19. Didn't an issue of the 67 GTO have the Enduro 70 bumper in it? I seem to recall it did, I have the bumper molded in blue in parts box, never had a 70 since 1970
  20. Exactly. The 68 as shown, the 69 with the "roadster" on cover (with surfboard, SOHC Ford) for sure. I have a 70 with the hunting seats and weapons, but it's not at hand and I can't recall if it had full side panels or full top. Roadster parts gone, I'll try to dig it out if Mark doesn't comment.
  21. That is great issue, 68 I think. Has full wagon top and interior. Also pickup cab and plow, and a light bar. Stock v6. Can use reissue pickup side panels instead of full ones that aren’t in kit anymore rather than cutting up the long wagon panels. Convertible stuff only in 69 issue with up top, boot, short rear deck, Continental spare. Wish they’d find that part of tool.
  22. Pro touring would work great. Thanks for showing the body and tree details. expect something like the 68 Elcamino revised issue.
  23. Pretty funny, from Pixar "Cars" movie. Surprised people didn't recognize it. The rest are dreck.
