  1. Model Roundup and Tower Hobbies show it as a June release.
  2. After moving to digital magazines some years ago, I prefer them to print. I can take my tablet anywhere and years of magazines don’t take up space. And I can read them on my phone or laptop also.
  3. Sharp build..that green goes great w/ the wheels and graphics
  4. I shave maybe once a week...gets itchy. I'm lousy at growing beards..and it's pretty much all gray. I'm on conference calls M-F a couple times a day but no video conferencing.
  5. Interesting that they kept the same box art as the last reissue.
  6. See my post above...there is a link to an article about TEN network dropping 19 magazines.
  7. I miss Automobile..I had a digital subscription w/ Amazon for it, they are filling it with Motor Trend now. Same thing happened w/ Muscle Car Review, the subscription got replaced w/ Hot Rod. I still subscribe digitally to Car and Driver and Road & Track, only car magazine I still get in print is Collectible Automobile.. I subscribed to C/D and R&T in print from 1977 through 2014 when I switched to digital for my tablet. Automobile and Muscle Car Review were part of a group of 19 car magazines that got shut down in January by TEN publishing (there is a thread here somewhere from back in Dec that discussed it). https://www.foliomag.com/ten-publishing-shuttering-19-print-magazines/
  8. I like this livery...the dark blue is striking.
  9. Great drama, great acting, great soundtrack, great cars...love Henry Hill's '68 GP in a few scenes...
  10. Interesting. Hadn’t studied them closely yet.
  11. Having worked in software development at many small and large companies over the last 20+ years, Dilbert feels very real at times to me.. (likewise the movie Office Space felt very real to me). I really miss the Far Side also...and Calvin & Hobbes.
  12. I have several of these incl. previous issues. I plan to build one as a stock height 4x4 using FMW wheels and tires, a couple as 2wd using resin suspension pieces I bought years ago, one using AMT Chevy van 2wd suspension... really liking the grilles, bumpers and trim parts from ZForce Modelworx.
  13. Yes..in the photos I've found (posted in the Tamiya Mustang GT4 thread), it looks pretty much the same as a stock GT350 engine compartment...
  14. I really don't believe that, though..this car has been out in racing for over 3 years now...there are plenty of photos of the engine bay out on the internet. It's not anything new.
  15. Saw a clean '55 Chevy Nomad in aqua w/ a white roof driving around my neighborhood yesterday.
  16. Maybe the 2nd release down the road will be a Coke liveried version...
  17. Interesting how the brochure refers to the full size models simply as 'Chevrolet'...technically, they are all Chevrolets...
  18. And the '67 Rally Wheels in the AMT '67 Impala 2dr...the 5-spoke wheel covers from the Lindberg '66 Chevelle would be good also, I think they were an optional wheel cover in '67.
  19. Sharp, I like the modifications. I have built a few of the other Prestige Series kits and found them to be warped and with a lot of flash.
  20. Interesting, it looks like they got the labels in the catalog reversed on the Ford and GMC High Rollers.
  21. Looks sharp..I have something like that in mind w/ a couple of mine, thinking of using the AMT Chevy van 2wd suspension.
  22. I doubt if an engine and engine compartment would make much difference. Most racing car kits today are curbside, it’s all about the livery, paint scheme and body details.
  23. Yes, I have it and the Wrangler kits. It's very nice.
  24. I think the most recent one was the Polyglas Gasser II version. Previous to that was the Arnie Bestwick drag version (which also has the custom parts).
