  1. The Snap Kit was actually branded as an MPC.
  2. Ok...I see one big typo on the Charger box art..
  3. Winter was very mild here, I thought. This was my first Ohio winter since '93-94. Last summer and fall was pretty nice also. So glad to be away from the AZ desert climate.
  4. Most of the snow in my yard is melted, except for the shaded spots. Saw a few wildflowers blooming. Got a letter from my yard guy that he will be coming around for Spring cleanup the 2nd week in April.
  5. A lot of those kits have been reissued in the last decade +...
  6. Looks like a homeless guy or backwoods psycho w that beard.
  7. Yard House is very good...I went to the Denver south suburbs area one when I lived there, and the Phoenix and Scottsdale ones when I lived there. Looks like there is one near here, will have to visit...
  8. I did see on FB someone was 3d printing a '72 Polara/Monaco (front and rear options)...looked pretty good.
  9. I'm not worried. I have more than enough Revell and Monogram kits in my stash, and the Japanese 4 keep putting out interesting kits, Round 2 keeps churning out reissues, etc.
  10. I want to do one like this..I have a set of the Modelhaus dog dish hubcaps and steel wheels.
  11. I didn't realize the BSAC was when it was this year, I should have put it on my calendar and driven down.
  12. Salvinos did post some pics of a test shot of the body in white on their FB page today. Saud they are still hoping for late April/Early May.

  14. I lived over a decade in Colorado, didn't know the Shelby museum existed. I'll be in Denver for a few days this summer, going to have try and visit it...
  15. The NNL is on my calendar...wanted to go last year, but had a scheduling conflict.
  16. I went to the Cleveland Mac & Cheese Festival in February...was fun, a bunch of local restaurants providing samples of their gourmet Mac & Cheese along w/ local craft beer.
  17. The GTX didn't have a Foose version, that was the Coronet R/T. The 'Foosing' of that kit was only an optional set of wheels & tires, so nothing really to 'de-'...
  18. Never heard of Primewell...maybe a Chinese brand? I put a set of Michelins on my Jeep before winter, been happy with them. The original Goodyear Forteras (very soft compound) were worn after 33k miles, I don't think they had been rotated.
  19. I went into a local craft store, Pat Catan's, yesterday to get some framing done for art. They have a decent selection of Revell kits and lots of interesting tools and supplies. NE Ohio chain I think.
  20. Yes.. it's been many years since I've bought a Japanese kit in the US---at least a decade-- HLJ and Hobby Search are my go-to vendors for them...
  21. I've seen this snap Charger issue listed as the 'City Slicker' on some vendor sites, so it's an urban cousin to the 'Country Charger' issue. LoL..
  22. Companies like Tamiya, Hasegawa, Iwata, etc have other US distribution channels than Hobbico, I would assume...
