  1. Was there a gun rack in the high roller version? If not, that’s new.
  2. As I said before, I'm aware that it's actually a 2000s only car, but I think of the PT Cruiser's styling as more of a 90's design. Plus, he's doing it pro-street style which is definitely a very 90's trend!
  3. I just want them to bring back more of the AMT/Ertl-era truck kits. Things like the 90s C1500, F150, Blazer 2dr, S10 and Sonoma, Ranger, Explorer, etc.
  4. According to scalemates.com, this version is from 1990.
  5. I forgot to mention it in the original post, but could you also post some of the pics here when you add them to your thread?
  6. I'm excited to see the progress on this one! Do you have a color in mind yet?
  7. Yes, that is definitely allowed! I have a soft spot for that styling! Anyways, the build is officially open! I have benn unpacking from a recent move, so have not had the chance to pull out my kits yet. I hope to be able to start by the middle of the month.
  8. Yup, looks like there's a few of them. https://www.scalemates.com/topics/topic.php?id=4080
  9. What’s the diameter of the kit wheels?
  10. It’s a bit disappointing after the awesome Hummer kit, but it’s a JK wrangler that is pretty well detailed otherwise, so it gets my money!
  11. Now see, it’s weird that it’s a curbside, yet the body is multi piece like you have shown.
  12. Ah well, as long as it’s on par with the Aoshima kits then I won’t mind. Though I do wonder what their thought process was for doing it this time around.
  13. That’s quite alright!
  14. You know, I’m not sure now about whether the hood opens. I found some “test” pics and it looks like the oil pan is attached to the chassis. https://toylandhobbymodelingmagazinepublishing.wordpress.com/2017/12/09/jeep-wrangler-rubicon-2-door-10th-anniversary-ed-test/
  15. I would love to see Revell make a 1/12 Cuda based on their recent 1970 kit. We need a Mopar in 1/12 scale! As for small kits, one would be a new F150 Sport with the 3.5 Ecoboost. Another would be a newer Ram 2500 or 3500 with the Cummins. Basically, any newer pickups would be welcome to have.
  16. I wonder could they have offered them as chrome for a limited time, then just quietly changed to unchromed parts, or vice versa?
  17. Now see, that's weird, because the Pink Poison instructions don't call them out as chrome parts. Plus, when I built the Pink Poison version, I recall having to paint the bumpers and grille, and this was back when I kept the kit parts chromed when they came that way.
  18. My favorite line on some of the instructions is about having extra parts and that you can save them or throw them away!
  19. Should be a cool build! Gonna do it in that lime green that you see it in a lot?
  20. Yeah it seems like some of the older subjects are poorly modeled, likely their earlier attempts, and the newer subjects seem much closer to the real thing.
  21. I'm planning on two kits, plus possibly a trailer if I have time. The first is a 1991 Bronco Centurion C350 4WD, with the 460 big-block and auto-trans and the Nite decal package. The second is a 1991 F150 Reg. Cab long bed 2WD with a small block and manual trans decked out as a lowered sport truck. It will of course have some neon colors to stand out in a crowd!
  22. Nice! Very 90's! Don't forget the aluminum briefcase and car phone!
  23. Since it's almost the middle of the month, I am opening this up to entries! Please let me know what you would like to build. Remember, you may do more than one if you would like!
  24. It's also meant to depict an export model, hence the rear bumper with cutouts for the rear foglight/reverse light.
