  1. I bought everything I could afford.........unlimited funds I bought 95% of their catalog!
  2. If that is the Coke Levi machine they made a bunch of and gave away...I'm in!
  3. Never got to the tooling stage. R&D work had been done but never got any further. My brother in law was the art director and helped with R&D at AM II in Concord. If you have their B-25 I packaged it!!! The AM NASCAR Taurus tooling was completed....but by the time it was done the bubble had busted. See it here:https://public.fotki.com/DaveVan51/accurate-miniatures/ BACK ON topic....while cleaning the model room I found two bags of wheels and tires I bought from Don but had misplaced!! It was like Christmas!
  4. Cool spin!!!
  5. About as well done as any I've seen. Isn't the kit listed as 1/18??? That's the reason I've passed om getting one.
  6. Indycals is great to deal with....good decals and service.
  7. good little show last year...hope to attend!
  8. Thanks for the info. As a retired Sr system analyst I understand how much work it is.
  9. I just finished the two Monogram Ford GTP front engine kits. While working on them I watched the IMSA race from Road America. The GTP cars are all ugly looking 'things'. Nothing like the old Probe, XJR-5 or even 962......all of which I have built or on the 'to do' list. New production car based kits would be cool.
  10. I'm designing that Capri right now. The front end is easy.......that back hatch and glass is tougher. I think Randy Derr did one....I may need to contact him and ask if he still has the buck for that rear glass. Thx
  11. How about a few build details???
  12. WOW!! I am working on the Ribbs version of that kit....but it will not look that good!! Nice to see these kits done well.
  13. I build a lot of structure kits for my O railroad. This kit has good locators and is a good starter kit.....you'll have no issues.....I use Gorilla super glue with light blue cap.
  14. NICE WORK!!!!! I just finished a MONOGRAM GTX IMSA Mustang with Indycals......the JPS looks GOOD!
  15. Nice work!!! I have those kits....need to build one.
  16. I've used other Tamiya 'clear' sprays and they work well. The green is great for OEM visor tints.
  17. Nice work......a obscure car for sure!
  18. I only brush it on. One inch wide super soft sable brush...used ONLY for Future and nothing else. I apply front to back keeping a wet edge......cover model ONE time...do not go back to covered areas. A 2nd coat if needed after firs dries 100%. I apply enough for nice wet look but not dripping. If to much is applied wick off excess at bottm with paper towel. No ill affects on decals (including ALPS), chrome or clear parts. I allow 24 hrs min before handling. Started using it in 1984....never looked back. thx
  19. I was at HL today and kit area was the same it's been. I did pick up 3 WW II Sherman rank models I'll use as flat car loads on my O scale model railroad........they were $27.99 now $6.99!!!! I also wanted some Testors spray #1246.....but they don't carry it any longer!!
  20. That makes more sense......knew of the Revell kit....but not MPC.
  21. Never heard of the kit........pics???
  22. Trunpeter's Falcon........
