If you apply Tamiya TS spray over all.....I'd stick with Tamiya and avoid interaction. Tamiya clear works well on decals.

OK...... The biggest factor is how the decals have been stored for long periods. A buddy of mine uses 1960's era decals all the time. But he has kept them in sealed bags in a cool dark closet. Heat, humidity and light will kill a decal. you may try: Apply a clear spray over decals before you try and apply them. Use just warm water with one drop of dish soap. Dip decal in water, place on damp paper towel and allow to 'cook' for 3-4 minutes. Good luck

One of my favorite Pony cars! Well done. -

And can't you mix the 30 Phaeton with the 30 sedan, still in stock form, to make one??? Thought about doing but yet to pull kits and try.

I think part of the issue is the slant of the WAR coverage we get in this country. I'll forget trying to figure it out.....above my pay grade. I know those in the Ukraine I have talked to via email have been very nice folks.

AMT did a 27 Phaeton correct?

In the business world they are toys. I have been building for 60+ years, aowner of two hobby biz.........ebay and Amazon both list models as toys.....it's the commercial definition. Sorry if that offended.

Needing some advice regarding employment

Very difficult to advise someone living in a country I know little about. I will say I hope for the best for you in whatever direction you go. -
I kinda like the 1/24 too......the cars are small......and I have a lot of 1/24 to display with.

I agree these are good, hard working people making this biz work BEFORE all this junk was hard enough . I just do not see how they get supplies, cut new tooling, people, shipping even power, when the rest of the country is unable to function. NOT accusing anyone of anything.....it just makes me wonder what is happening on the ground to real people rather than what we are feed. thx

Let's see if we can talk about this without it getting locked. I like ICM, have built their kits and even e-mail with them sharing my builds. Nice people. BUT...how is a company in a WAR ravaged country that we must give billions in cash and weapons, continue to turn out TOYS!?!?!?!?!?!?!? We are told and shown how the Ukraine is on the verge of total destruction....yet they are making new toys for us??? The retired analyst in me just wonders.

I had a few of the 20 GAL plastic storage bins full of parts. I went through them and using small and medium size zip lock bags I sorted parts. I tried to get two to four tires per bag (sets), engine parts by type, etc. Bigger parts like chassis or body I left. I did not get EVERYTHING sorted but I am able to find things with less digging.

Around 5K + -. Disclaimer: I worked and/or owned 2 different hobby shops. Current kits wholesale at the time was $3 so I bought all new kits. AND I worked for the model company's and often bartered work for kits. -
The IVO does seems to be in gold leaf. The decal sheet is very good....so it will work for me. A great looking car. thx
