Share your Model Building New Year Resolutions

I plan to finish a lot of my started projects before starting anymore. I plan to only buy kits I truly want to build, only because I want them and NOT because I get a good deal on them(closet impulse buyer) I plan to start building for quality and not quantity. Gonna try some new things this year. And finally, I plan on trying to get out and go to some shows, even if only spectating. -
It almost looks like some kind of reaction between the paint and the surface it was applied to. I’m not a professional painter by any means, just going from personal experience. Possible humidity issues caused paint or clear to “blush”?
