  1. I really like your Monaco build so far and love the color also. I paint all my model cars in factory colors, as some colors come from the Testors factory, some from the Tamiya factory, and some from the Dupli-Color factory as well. I just love dem Mopars!
  2. Unincorporated Paradise and Winchester use a Las Vegas mailing address.
  3. After building JoHan's '71 Sox & Martin dual plug pro stockHemi Cuda, I was good to go and I passed on the Revell 'Cuda kits.
  4. I have a few cousins living in Vegas Harry, and that's simply not true.
  5. Nice GMs and thanks for posting.
  6. Good luck with your new project Niko.
  7. Wow, a $1000 - $1500 a month for health insurance is a steep price.
  8. Very nice work Matt, is that welded square tubing?
  9. I love that '65 Satellite Melrose Missile, and Moebius/Model King are supposed to release a kit of that car in 1/25th scale next year. Yipee! I just love dem Mopars!
  10. Wow Rich, that Buick is BEAUTIFUL!
  11. While I didn't have any Christmas cards suitable for an 8 year old, I was out & about today and picked up one. I mailed it today as I had to pick up stamps at the post office for all my other cards. Hopefully life will get better for her in the near future.
  12. Lookin' good Gary, real good. I saw that car at the Chrysler Museum back in '02 and have a photo of me standing next to it somewhere. I just love dem Mopars!
  13. I've never mounted any parts for plating. I just sent the loose parts along with a list, and also kept a list of parts for myself. Robert would do the mounting and plating and I've been happy with his service.
  14. No she's not, she has shoes on!
  15. If anyone is unfamiliar with an aftermarket company, post it on this forum BEFORE sending in your moolah. There are MANY experienced modelers here who have had many experiences with any aftermarket company out there. Whatever you want to buy, you don't need it right now as I'm sure that you have plenty to build to keep you occupied while your order is being processed. If you're not sure about a product or company check here with us first.
  16. I've used Chrome Tech USA a few times and was happy with the results. I've also sprayed Spaz-Stix Mirror Chrome on parts and it came out lookin' great. But that's only if you'd want to do it yourself.
  17. If it works for you, "go for it!" We all have our "special" paints, tools, supplies, etc. to work on our models, and as long as it works, that's all that counts.
  18. I recently got two cans of paint shipped from MCW for some upcoming projects. Their shipping fees are a bit pricey as they charged me $12.50 to ship two cans, and the postage on the box was less than $7.
  19. That Grumpy's Toy Camaro is nice as I have one in 1/24th scale die-cast by RSC and the box is autographed by Grumpy himself.
  20. LOTS of cool pickup truck kits guys, great work!
  21. The only fix that I'm familiar with is to paint the body silver, then use your primer and color coats. This works for me on colored plastic, and I haven't painted too much resin as of yet.
  22. Paint the body silver, then your primer, and then any color you wish. I seems to work good for me. Try it.
  23. I just sold a mint '72 Road Runner kit, minus decals a few months ago. I know they're hard to come by, but I would probably never build it as I have many other Mopar kits that I would like to build in the near future. Hopefully with the coming of the new year (2016) I'm gonna start and finish building some of them. That's the plan.
  24. Really nice collection of Caddys Randy, you are the "Cadillac Man."
  25. The '65 Coronet was released by Polar Lights several years ago, and you could get a resin Coronet from MCW and maybe Speed City Resin also. No Beswicks '64 GTO Mystery Tornado did not come as a kit, I used the Monogram kit, Revell Parts Pack engine, and Fred Cady decals if I remember correctly.
