  1. Hey Ismael! Good to hear from you. I miss seeing updates from the Corvette garage. Hope you can back to it sooner than 3 years. Glad to see you're doing alright but just busy. Take care.
  2. See everyone there. Looking forward to it.
  3. Beautiful build of a modern automobile.
  4. I pleased that I am celebrating my 31st wedding anniversary today. Why this sweet woman keeps putting up with me, I'll never know.
  5. I was busy thinking this was a Star Wars related question. I was pretty sure R2D2 has a system to listen to those who spoke to him...
  6. Hey, Tom. That almost seems like a good thing. You can't say you're a gramps yet so it makes you seem younger. The minute someone says they're a grandparent I almost automatically add 10 years to their age in my head. One of my co-workers had he's first grandchild when still in his 40's and even though he is younger than me I feel like he's older than me now….. Hhmm… I guess that's saying more about me than anything else isn't it….
  7. Don't have a sleep number but have a tempur pedic and we love it! I'm not bouncing my wife around when I turn around and we both sleep with less achy joints etc now.
  8. Welcome back, Scott.
  9. Welcome to the forum, Mike. Lot's of good info and advice here. Also lots of folks from Ontario on the board too.
  10. Very cool concept! Great colour choices as well. Kudos!
  11. Went to see Toronto All Stars Big Band last night. Still grinning from ear to ear. Great night, great music. Tonight the Model A Ford club shows up as this is where they are having their annual tour and we are going to the theatre as a group and seeing the British Invasion all about the Brit bands from the 60's. Should be another great night of music.
  12. I believe it's already on round2's site under MPC. Edit: O.K. It's not there but I'm sure I read about it being rereleased somewhere.
  13. Wow! That is gorgeous! What a great piece of engineering and model building. Kudos!
  14. Darn it, Tom, so far I've managed to ignore this kit. Now you're making me want one as it appears to be such a jewel. Thanks a lot! You're doing a great job with this little panel wagon.
  15. An aneurysm is about as serious as it gets. I'm happy your mother had an extremely competent doctor taking care of her who took appropriate steps to reach this successful conclusion.
  16. Welcome, Jess! Many from Ontario here. And as the others have said lots of good info here as well. Enjoy your stay.
  17. Indeed, nothing like a good Big Band concert to put you in a good mood. We have one coming up in a couple of weeks and I'm really looking forward to it.
  18. Welcome, Clark! Lot's of good info here at MCM Forum.
  19. So you're looking for gangstas versus gangsters. The old tommy gun type would wipe the floor with these new guys...
  20. Sweet! Love the early Porsches! Beautiful job building this model.
  21. No, he does not have a website. If you've already corresponded via e-mail, send him a note requesting his current catalogue. He is great to deal with and has his hands full trying to fill orders as it is without having a website. There are some fotki sites with pics of some of his parts. You'll have to do a google search to find them or someone might post a link.
  22. Don't know if this has been mentioned yet but how about a Volvo P1800 from The Saint?
  23. What did I get today? Multiple bee stings. The little buggers decided to make a nest in the ground some time between last week's lawn cutting and this week's lawn cutting. Luckily I'm not allergic although I took some antihistamine so it's not as sore but I'm now a little dopey and typing is a challenge. And here I was feeling sorry for the bee population dying off. Now of course you realize, "This means war!"
