  1. This is mostly correct. My GF raises retrievers and takes very nice puppy photos. She used a photo hosting site for her forums. Then one of her photos started showing up as a stock photo on retail merchandising. She asked the site to cease and desist. They all but told here to take a hike. You retain the rights to your photos, but using their site permits them to use your photos any way they want.
  2. These conversations seem to fall into two categories... 1) The shame of losing our loyal, independently owned, customer oriented hobby shops. 2) Big sale at Ollies and 40% off coupons at the big box.
  3. Wankalated. Very clever. Your parts "box" must be a loo-loo these days.
  4. You're a brave man Wayne. My head hurts wrapping my brain around how to manage those delicate shapes and the patience it must take. Bravo.
  5. Wow! Exceptional.
  6. A fine job. I like the personal touches you added.
  7. And as an outsider looking into other people's albums, I've always enjoyed Fotki's scrolling function so much better than anyone else's.
  8. Can the embedded pictures be strategically placed within paragraphs or will they just show up grouped together at the bottom of the posts?
  9. Would the chassis of the AMT 58 Edsel Pacer be appropriate? Both the 57 Ford and 58 Edsel have 118" wheelbase.
  10. To your credit, you did a pretty good job. Though my opinion was it was doctored, I had to look pretty close to find the provable evidence on the car.
  11. Yeah, gonna have to throw the photoshop flag at that one, but it would be a pretty cool phantom.
  12. Another off-the-beaten-trail subject. A little thing like that, in 1/32 must really be small. Always fun to see things like this.
  13. Fine examples of some insightful building. Thanks for the pics.
  14. Looks pretty cool Gregg.
  15. Glad you took that sunlight photo. It really shows us the quality of that paint.
  16. Art, you're a lucky man to be in the cradle with some of the greats. Thanks for the pics, looks like a lot of hard work paid off.
  17. I'll take '66 Ponchos in any shape or style. Really like seeing this one built and yours looks great.
  18. Almost anything that got regular air play will have some value. But nobody will take the "old white people's" music; Ray Conniff Singers, Julie London, Johnny Mathis, Percy Faith, Henry Mancini, Roger Williams, almost anything that ends in "orchestra" except Electric Light.
  19. The surgery will be a snap, but that therapy will require a lot of patience. All the best.
  20. Harry's passing left such a chasm that I didn't for a minute expect his shoes to be filled and an issue out within a matter of a couple months. Though there are more obstacles, that one's a biggie.
  21. Jeez that rust looks good. Same with your whole intake system.
  22. I'm surprised the mix of parts go together that well. All of it looks pretty good. And isn't it liberating to throw care to the wind and let the model happen in whatever way it will?
