  1. The scoops on the doors? Those were only on the R/T model. they weren't available with any other model,Base, or SE versions.
  2. Inquiering minds want to know, Harry! Cough it up Daddy-O! Hit us with yer best shot!
  3. Congrats again! Just shows good building talents are APPERICIATED !!!!
  4. Like Jeff said, Trucks AREN'T his forte, BUT if someone could send him a castable(hopefully)body he could copy, well.you can see how well Toms work ended up! I myself, would LOVE to see a GMC/Chevy truck to match it! Anyone?
  5. Kris's Dizzy's are PRE wired, and save you ALL the hassle! I personally recommend them, very highly!
  6. Me, Pat, Charlie an Pres 'll be there!
  7. Oh yeah! That 's just downright MEAN lookin! VERY nice!
  8. Yup. And the Pontiac OHC 6!!!
  9. FINALLY!!! A Hudson model I'd like to built!
  10. YES!!!! Thank You!!! It Is the T-2000! No wonder everytime i tried to look it up, I got references to the T-1000 cyborg from the Arnold movies! But, either way, theres no model of it, and to ME, it's probably THE most beautiful semi truck I've EVER seen. If Mobius had come out with THIS truck, I'da bought a CASE of 'em. Oh well....
  11. Well, I've never thought someone could IMPROVE the Monkee Mobile, cas I've ALWAYS loved it's styleing, BUT, I gotta admit it, you've done a HECK of a job on this rascal!!! REALLY like the ingenuity of useing the 65 Bonney hood for it! It REALLY does flow nicely with the lines! GREAT job so far!!!!!
  12. Went lookin for it, a picture of it,rather, an there's NOTHING listed except that it's a truck produced by Kenworth! If ANYONE can run a pic, i'd greatly appericiate it, as I myself, couldn't find a pic of it!!!!!
  13. No, Sorry Jim. But I guess they weren't that popular, caz Kenworth only built them for about 2 or 3 years, IF that long. There aren't very many on the roads, and I was told that the truck drivers weren't too happy with the styleing of it. Such a shame, cas it LOOKED futuristic. not like that retro style truck that Mobius just released. THAT to me, is NOT a very attractive truck at all. TOO 30's Art Deco lookin to me, but hey, it musta attracted SOME truckers, cause there's a model of IT an NO T-1000's! There was a guy who did resin copies of the T-1000, but he was askin OVER 130.00 for a cab, hood, interior an sleeper. YOU still had to provide the donor kit. I wanted one of those, but he's quit casting it.Oh well.
  14. STILL think the Kenworth T-1000 is the MOST beautiful tractor truck ever!!!!
  15. I've had this kit downstairs since about 1995! Never opened it(It was a gift from my daughters(at the time) boyfreind.) Being it'sa 24th scale, it never messed with it. gonna hafta pull the wrap off the rascal an check it out. Looks pretty nice!
  16. Heck, I still think the T-1000 was a BEAUTIFUL truck, but, hey, not too many others must've, cause the even quit building it! What a shame, first semi tractor that i EVER thought was stylish AND beautiful!!!
  17. WEll, I don't care for the subject, but the modeling skills that built it are ABOVE the norm. Whatever turns you on, as they say, and this Steampunk stuff OBVIOUSLY turns this gentleman on.While it certainly is NOT my cup of tea at all, the workmanship in it is undeniable! But then that IS why we build, isn't it? To ENJOY the ENJOYMENT of building!
  18. Is he still in buisness??? I haven't heard of anything new from him in YEARS!
  19. The motor city series HAD opening hoods but underneath, it had a block off engine plate for the chassis. Sounds like it IS a Motor City stocker series kit, Nick.At least I'd say it was.
  20. Not to be mean, Matthijis, But to be honest with you, I don't think ANYONE makes that set up. Get the Turbo's from Shucky(Mike de Luca)here, an just plumb the rest of it yourself. Get some good refrence pics an just go for it!
  21. Didja look in the old Fujimi Garage tools set? I think they offer a spraygun in it.Hth.
  22. I gotta agree, GREAT comeback! I realy like the interior! Lookin good so far, Please keep us up to date!
  23. It IS a VERY nice clean casting, typical of MCRC work. The resin that Jeff uses si SO much like plastic, that if you use a donor kit to build it, you NEED to mark the resin panels so you can tell them apart!(His 70 Falcon is a good example!) Anyway, it IS a nice lookin casting, I've seen it, and it sure is nice! Jeff says the staketruck or box van, or the US mail truck chassis can be used. looked real nice to me.
  24. Actually, that little car was also done as a die cast by AMT or Round two or watever they call themselves now. It was pre painted and a complete kit, motor, opening hood, etc. VERY nice little kit for a change of pace. I enjoyed building mine oob, yours came out real nice too!
