This is a really cool project, and certainly very creative. That is one of the things that I really enjoy about coming on here, and seeing so many things that people come up with. My wife has both the cricket and Silhouette, but I have not thought of using them for this application. This is great, but how thick was your stock, and do you use a separate cutter to avoid dulling the one that cuts paper and vinyl?

While I java never been a big fan of dune buggy styling, your model is rally cool, and the blue custom is super clean.
