  1. The color and the paint look good, I like the hood stripes.
  2. Moebius has kit # 2320 on the shelves now. This is a '64 Nova SS kit that is stock. There are a few engine extras in the kit. The Rest Mod kit may be coming soon with whatever extras they might add.
  3. Enjoyed watching your attention to details on this build. The paint job is outstanding.
  4. Great looking paint treatment, I like how you left the welds showing on the top. Hard to see interior touches, but the license plates look good. I like the chains on the engine. Are these the motor mounts or safety straps to hold the engine from breaking the motor mounts?
  5. Great looking colors and finish. The chrome trim is cleanly done as well.
  6. I agree with Romanll, saving as much of the Corvair roof as possible especially with the different crown in the Camaro roof. Do you have any pictures of your old car or a 4 door Corvair tro use as a guide?
  7. Very intricate looking to see all if the cuts and parts you have to use to get the shape of the roof.
  8. Really looks good with the added trim. You mention having a problem handling the body with the silver rubbing off. I usually do all my trim with foil, but a lot of the fine details start to look a little lumpy sometimes. Another builder here on the forum mentioned using the Gundam Marker for chrome trim and I have been pleased with the results. Just a thought to try. The paint finish looks a little flat in the photos, is that by design?
  9. Great looking paint finish and the color looks correct to me. The Sierra Gold and Adobe Beige was one of the best color combinations that Chevrolet used for the '56 model year and beyond. White was often the secondary color as well. I enjoy watching your attention to the fine details and function of the hood, sorry, Bonnet, and the Boot.
  10. Thank you for the pictures. Beautiful setting for a show. Nice to see all of these interesting cars from the past. Nice to see that so many are being saved and enjoyed.
  11. I like the body modifications and the paint deserves a long look to see all of the patterns and finishes you have used. The interior and the engine look like you did a lot of work into them as well.
  12. Thanks. I any knew that that they had used the 348 in the larger trucks and I guess the 2 bbl. makes sense in that application.
  13. Great looking models. I enjoy seeing builds from far away for the sometimes different prospective of how a kit should be built. I liked the Huey Helicopter that is now a Tractor.
  14. Hopefully there will be some pictures of the show for those of us that are unable to attend.
  15. Look forward to seeing any pictures someone would have to share.
  16. Beautiful looking Mustang body and wheels.
  17. The paint finish and color look great. The body trim is all cleanly done. As you mentioned, this kit isn't for someone who doesn't want a challenge.
  18. Great work fabricating the water pump and pullies. One thing that caught my eye looking at the 1:1 engine pictures. The first one has a standard Carter 4 barrel and the second one looks like it has a two-barrel carb. My knowledge of the details of this engine in a large truck application is beyond limited.
  19. Thank you for sharing your pictures. A lot of beautiful looking rigs and these look like working rigs as well.
  20. The racks are a big bonus and help keep everything organized.
  21. Might check with any large hardware type stores in your area, and maybe a hobby shop. Many places that sell a lot of spray paints often have spray nozzles for sale. Les's suggestion of trying a nozzle from a different spray bottle would be the first things to do, I also have had success doing that.
  22. Since you had to pay a premium for the paint maybe the supplier would give you a working spray nozzle.
  23. Hopefully there will be pictures to share for those too far away to attend.
  24. You will not miss that box on the shelf. Nice to see this return.
  25. I like the altered wheelbase, great looking paint and sponsors decals.
