  1. Great looking build. Your brother should like this.
  2. Great looking Patrol Cars. Your Olds is on the order of what I was thinking, just wasn't sure how to pull it off. Thank you for your input. This is the first Squad I have ever tried and my fear was I would screwup the body and paint. Now with a road map maybe I can get it looking a little more complete. The mouse ears lights on the Olds just don't look right to me, but I'm sure there were agencies that did it that way. I also like the '49 or '50 Ford coupe CHP car. Who did you get your door decals from ?
  3. Color and paint finish, perfect stance and wheels. I like the Day Two look.
  4. Beautifully built. Great paint work and the colors always looked best together. The finishes on the engine have just enough gloss or lack of it.
  5. Maybe a low windshield with the top edge about eye ball high.
  6. I missed that one. I wasn't a dedicated watcher like my wife. But I would catch one every now and then. I think I liked Kramer about the best but they all were funny in so many ways.
  7. I think that Brutalform has the right idea. Getting the wheels off the front is going to take a lot of manhandling and that way they're off the model saving it from getting damaged and at the same time make it easier to work on the wheel and spindle.
  8. Thank for the info. I'll not be buying another one in that case.
  9. Jeep just does this to torture Jeep owners. Now that blue 2 door Pick up might replace our '09 Jk 2 door.
  10. Have ever looked back and wished you had gotten the '56 Chevy ?
  11. I remember years ago when Top Gear, UK proper version, had a few shows with these in them. Very funning.
  12. I have built what was called a '61 Falcon Ranchero. Not the most ideal representation of a Ranchero, but it will pass as a Ranchero. My question is the '60 Ranchero being disused here the same as or different from the '61 Ranchero with the mystery Big Block engine in it ?
  13. I have a drawer full of Plastruct, never had and problems with it that wasn't self induced.
  14. Thank you. I used Scale Motor Sport decals for the pattern. They offer several different patterns but are delicate and easily torn when applying.
  15. Beautiful looking finish.
  16. Great looking suspension work. I would leave the tires where they are with no bigger flairs. That way you can spray water on everyone else when driving in the rain.
  17. Very nice redo. I still really like that paint job. Excellent engine detail here.
  18. This is really turned out nice. I'm glad you stuck with it.
  19. Cool, I'll have to go see it.
  20. The Carpet looks great. What adhesive did you use ? The Inca Gold on the interior "Fabric" might looks a little "Bass Boatish". There are many shades of gold that have little or no metallic in them that might give you the appearance you're after. The body looks nice and smooth and I like that you removed the mirrors from the front fenders. That was kind of a Ford thing in that era and I would think a real pain to adjust them. You would have to get in and out of the car adjusting them or have someone else outside the car doing the adjusting for you.
  21. I had tears in my eyes from laughing at that one. He and Kramer played off of each other so well. Hard to tell which one was the craziest.
  22. I like the way the gas tank filler turned out. That is how I would think it would look after years of use. The body character lines really define that area of the body.
  23. I think it's more ADD driven.
  24. Looks like a fun build.
  25. I remember when he and his wife were a comedy team and how they would play off of each other. I think his best skit on Seinfeld was when he and Kramer came up with the Bro.
