  1. They may be mentally challenged as well.
  2. Great looking paint work. Very realistic looking finishes.
  3. Great paint color and scallops. The clean assembly everywhere you look is what catches my eye first. Glad you listed the sources of your modifications to the basic kit, gives sort of a road map.
  4. Beautiful paint color and of course the finish along with the painted stripes. Great looking engine detailing. Like the contrasting interior color and finish.
  5. How did you get all of your chrome work done? Engine looks great.
  6. Like the seat pattern decals.
  7. I'll second the El Camino idea. Look at my avatar, this is a model of the '67 El Camino I owned long ago. The Camino was a factory 396/350hp 4-speed with air and a bench seat. Drove it to over 100k and only replaced it with a new '74 C10 short step 2wd 454 because I fell in love with the new look.
  8. There are several sources of OEM paint colors mostly designed for use with an Air Brush. A couple of spray can options, Model Master #28132 is supposed to be a match for the original Ford Wimbeldon White. The problem is finding it now since Rust-Oleum has taken over the ownership. The other, and most easily found, would be Tamiya TS-26 Pure White.
  9. Great paint color and finish match. Trim and interior look to be like the original.
  10. Beautiful reproduction of your friend's pickup. I like how you recreated the hood trim.
  11. Great looking paint and body work. Like the engine and suspension setup.
  12. Great looking paint color you concocted along with the finish. The body stripping is all cleanly done. Like the engine detailing.
  13. Beautiful paint finish and like the "school bus yellow" color. Great looking engine and chassis detailing.
  14. I can see why they would want to feature this model. Besides the beautiful looking finishes this has a very realistic look to it.
  15. Great body design. Like the signage as well.
  16. Working for a Chevrolet dealership this was one of the safest colors to order for inventory since almost anyone would switch to this shade of blue if their desired color wasn't available.
  17. Like the Gasser style here. Clean looking body trim and paint. The engine is front and center as it should be.
  18. Great color combination and like the engine swap.
  19. Beautiful paint finish and color. The stripes and trim all look perfect. Like the engine details.
  20. Great looking paint work. The Chevy II roof really changes the look of the whole body.
  21. Beautiful looking paint color and stripe combination. Saw your interior in your WIP and it looked as good as the body. Like the engine detailing and the stance.
  22. These represent the hub caps that were offered for the Corvette.
  23. You might check on one of the CHP web sites that end in .GOV. Long ago I used the CHP site to reify information on models of cars used thru the years. As a former California resident, I found it interesting that in the quarter century since leaving the state they had even used Volvos at one time. They offered pictures of the many different vehicles used thru the years and they clearly showed the different ways that some were painted depending on their use in the fleet.
