Great looking paint color and finish. The chrome trim should make it pop.

What did you see on the road today?

Yesterday, Sunday, on your way to the Heartland Model Car Nationales, I saw what I thought at first maybe a '70's Nova in my rearview mirror. Got on the main 4-lane road and it started getting closer and then past us. I'm driving so no pictures, but this was the cleanest '66 Malibu I've seen in a very long time. Clean white finish with a stock looking interior, Mag wheels, slightly down nose stance, and an unmistakable low rumble as it went by. -
Same issue on my wife's Jeep Cherokee. Not has difficult as the Toyota in the video but you still have to disassemble the side of the consol just to find the filter and the clips that hold it in place are very susceptible to breakage and the edges of the interior panels and the latches will cause physical injury to your hands. Wish the mentioned so-called engineers were sitting on a feather and I had their money instead.

Great looking paint and signage. Like the minibike and the motorcycle additions. -
Looks great, haven't seen one of these done lately. Like the finishes and the wheel & tire combo.

Great looking paint finish and color combination. Like the OEM look.

Like the extent of your chassis and interior improvements.

Great kit despite its age, my wife likes purple as well as that is the color she had me use on a build for her.

Thank you for your tutorial on this kit. A thought on the rear spoiler being too wide. Since the 1:1 Camaro spoiler is three parts anyway, maybe cut the ends off where the trunk line is and then remove the needed material from the center section too correct the width. This may also better represent the natural opening between the ends on the trunk lid and fenders.

You are very lucky that you haven't been stopped, even if you have been obeying all traffic laws. As a much younger man I had a '69 Camaro in Hugger Orange. I would get stopped when I wasn't even doing anything wrong. I was the second and fourth owner of the car for a total of 9 years and it almost cost me my license through no fault of my own. So, count your lucky stars, and enjoy that beautiful ride.

Went shopping at the usual local market for supplies today. They offered a half-dozen donuts in either chocolate or vanilla frosting with sprinkles if you spent $25 on groceries today, that is not a problem.

Great paint color and the clean base trim level on the body.
-
Beautiful plaint finish and color. Like the OEM style stripes and engine detailing.
-
Great paint finish and color. the interior looks good, and the color gives a nice contrast.

Great looking body panel fit and finish along with the OD paint finish. Some equipment numbers and would fit in with the Motor Pool. -
Glad you're back and hopefully all is well with you and the Mrs. The paint finish here looks great and very metallic. Clean body trim.

I breakout just looking at this stuff. Had a bad experience while still of grade school age and a few times as an adult. Have always needed doctor approved attention to fight it. Please be careful trying to clear this stuff.

I go to the Costco station whenever I'm in that area because of the price. The main price setter in our area is called QT or The Quick Trip. The one closes to our home is 298.9 and the ones close to the metro are at 287.9. They tend to price their gas at whatever they think the traffic will bare. -
Great looking paint color and finish. Like the paint details on the headlights and the way you detailed the engine.

Great looking interior. I remember adding those style of head rests to an older car years ago as it was the style of the time. Like the door lock detail that you added.
