  1. Thanks much Glenn ! Don't know if they all had green logos on the center caps but I had a set that did , thanks for noticing .
  2. Thanks very much guys !
  3. Thanks much guys !
  4. That is super nice ! I like that you saved it instead of rebuilding it into something new and the chrome reverse wheels are the perfect upgrade while still being able to display it as a survivor .
  5. Great colors ! Looks like you managed to get the glass to fit just fine .
  6. Very nicely done ! Looks like you've got these kits figured out .
  7. Thanks JC ! Ooooo I 'd love to have one of those ! Thanks Dennis !
  8. Thanks Peter ! Thanks ! I scratchbuilt the hinges . Thanks Tommy ! Those are the chrome headlights with a little clear/white mix brushed over them . Very hard to get the right mix , I redid them several times .
  9. Thanks very much guys !
  10. Beautiful ! Your choice of colors seems perfect for this car , plus it's a super clean build . Great job !
  11. Nicely done Pat , you'e got a great collection started there !
  12. Thanks much Roger ! Yes there was some interference but not too bad , I ground down the top side of the chassis to get it to fit .

  18. Thanks ! Thank you ! Thanks , I agree !
  19. Thanks Lee ! The T-Bolt chassis has the correct wheelbase but is a bit too wide . I took 1/16 inch off both sides at the rocker panels and and ground a considerable amount off the rear wheel tubs and towards the rear of the chassis , after that it fit like a glove .
  20. Thanks guys !
  21. Original AMT '63 Fairlane kit using a Revell T-Bolt chassis , 289 HiPo engine from an AMT '67 Shelby GT-350 , wheels & tires from Revell '32 5-window , and miscellaneous bits and pieces from my parts bin or scratchbuilt . Paint is '63 Ford Glacier Blue from AutomotiveTouchup.com . All comments are welcome , thanks for looking !
  22. Great looking Fairlane ! So refreshing to see one that's not a T-Bolt .
  23. Very neat little kit , can't wait to see you work your Brizio Magic on it !
  24. The younger guys may not get it but all of us older members can appreciate the significance of this calendar .
  25. Over the weekend I did one final fit of the body-windshield-interior to the finished chassis before paint . As usual it took some trimming to get everything to fit .
